Yes, very evil you! I was here every evening, well cept for the one I went to the hospital with a colleage cuz her kid was sick. They though it was something serious, but turns out it probably is not.

My week sucked ass though, work sucks, and I figured I do not want to work somewhere else, but that something needs to be done. >< So I am going to talk to someone higher up, but it is hard to do so, but if it turns out for the worst, I can always still choose to work somewhere else, right? ^^

Yeah so unfair, they do way less then we, get payed more, and can get away with almost everything.

why don't you clear the word letter from all things that could point to anger, and if you really 'shut down' when you want to talk about it, than send/ giver her the letter ...

well maybe not the best way to make things clear, but it is an option =)
