| So I was on the birthday thread, and it got me thinking how despite it being a show of the 80's, I remembered Gen 1 Transformers even though I was born in '90. (Hell, I remember watching it religiously.)
Just seems odd to me, since I would've been so young when it ended
(on a side note, the same goes for sailor moon)
I was just wondering if anyone else had similar experience I guess.
Well that and I can't resist a chance to set off people's fan boy/girl modes

| I was born in 1986, and I remember a lot of 80s songs, even though I was barely more than a baby when a lot of them were popular. XD But they continued playing them into the early 90s, so I'm sure that's why I remember them so much. Other than that, I only remember a few TV shows. I really only watched shows meant for babies/toddlers at that age, but I do remember them, oddly enough.

| I can't say I have ever had that actually but I get weird mind jogs of cartoons that came out in the early 90's when I was born in '91. Like I remember the title sequence for the original batman cartoon and the biker mice from mars. lol those were prob more towards '94 nevermind...

| I never liked the Transformers cartoon as a kid.
I was The Snorks, Pound Puppies, Jetson, and Flintstone kinda girlll.
Then of course you have the Disney Classics.
But, I was a fan of those old sitcoms of the 50s-80s, and I was born in '87 >____> perks of growing up with your Great Grandfather.

| I remember watching Transformers when I was little though I never really got into it. x.x;
I watched Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball Z, Gundam Series and everything else Cartoon network was spewing out in the late 90's early 00-03. Awesome stuff..
I miss those days...getting home and flipping through the channels till Toonami came on and the awesomeness began! Reboot, sailor moon, Gundam Wing, Tenchi Muyo!, Dragon Ball Z, Outlaw star, Zoids and so many more throughout the years...such memories....I miss them..

| Actually now I think about it I have really early memories of programmes that I really probably shouldn't have seen. Especially 'Bottom' I have memories of that and well if you have ever seen that show, not child friendly and certainly not young child friendly lol XD

| I remember Mr. Magoo, Balthazar and other strange cartoons and claymation shorts from my early childhood. Part of that is because my dad still has them on tape. Apart from that, it's mostly PC games from my early youth I recall, as well as instances with family. I never watched much TV.
Remember watching the X Files with my parents and not understanding anything, since I couldn't read the subtitles and didn't understand English. Good times.

| I know people who were famous before I was born and shows and movies before I was born as well and they are ones I enjoyed alot. But the thing I remember the most are the shows I grew up with and they were 80s cartoons and I was born in 79. 80s had the best cartoons ever.

| I remember my third birthday party :D I also remember watching Harlock Saga and used to have dreams about Emeraldas when I was like 5-7, lmfao.
Also, nick at nite used to play old shows all the time, and I watched them up until my teen years so that's not such a weird thing to remember watching if you're younger, lol. A lot of the shows you guys are talking about played into the 90s as far as I recall. I don't think my brothers remember them though, so kudos to you guys.
