| Yes, it was one per account, meaning you could ask for one on your mules too. I have just the one (mule that eez), mostly because of my sister BubbleTrouble having joined the site too. But I asked for a bottle of ink from Cat and so did Xavier (my mule), then you traded it for a tattoo from Calypso. Slowly the tattoo started to grow until it became a new base. Recently all the forms of the tattoo were added along with the base to be wearable so now you can have a combination of them.

Ah, I came up with some numbers before based upon other Event Items and power and durability for those that are weapons!
So, let me find them!
Ah, here we go!
"The Torqu I'd say for 400.
The Scimitar, 500.
The Malleus and the Segithoz I'd estimate at about 600, due to higher power and durability. Maybe 550 for the Malleus?"
