It's the Demonias Tattoo, growing on us. You could get it at the end of last event, by trading the ink Cat gave away to Calypso. I guess it will turn into a base soon, considering how fast it's growing...

Ah I see! So for it to grow on us we need to equip the tattoo?

You needed to unequip and re-equip it, otherwise you won't see the changes being made. But I don't think there will be much change now, considering it already covers most of our body.
