Glitch?

When I go to the ship shop is it? When I press a page it says that I was walking in the carnival and found a spirit? o.o

That's not a glitch - it means a spirit either attacked you or is attacking someone else. Follow the link in order to fight it for a monster drop.

That is part of the halloween event! All information on that can be found in the halloween event forum in the very first thread on the list. It should say event info. =]
