| Vomit.
(Well, it used to be a case of just checking through the ingredients of things, but people are getting more and more aware of allergies and things, so now a lot of things will say on the labels if they're gluten free or not. Plus a lot of places have their own "free-from" ranges of things for people who can't eat certain things, so it's getting a lot better. c:
When my mom was young the only gluten-free bread you got came in a can and tasted like fish oil.  )
