Fishnet top?

What happened to it? It looks weird with this little light circular ares all over it. I am 99% sure it did not used to look like this. ;_;

It looks fine when I zoom out, so I'm thinking it might have somehting to do with the zoom on my comp but I don't remember changing it, and I have no idea how to do it even. >3>

Did you recently upgrade to firefox 3 or a newer version of internet explorer? Because the newer version blur pixelated image when you zoom in. Sweat

The problem is I have no idea how I got zoomed in, or how to zoom out. ;3;
