| I just joined and it says I haven't made an avatar. So what is wrong

| Could you copy the exact message you're getting, and tell me where you've received it?
In order to make an avatar, go to Avatar underneath your currency counts and change the base, mouth, eyes, eyebrows, ear, and hair. There are also peasant clothes on the tops, vest, bottoms, and shoes layer.
In order to make a character, go to Character underneath your currency counts and go down to Character Sheet. It should then provide you a link so that you may create a character to battle with. I suggest making a fighter with at least 18 strength, constitution, and dexterity.

| Ya' need to make a character then.
Hover over the "Character" link and click "Character Sheet". Pretty self-explanatory from there. :3

| That gave me the exact same confusion on my first day but creating a Character and creating an avatar are two different things, and Chu has explained how to do both.

At least you tried right? And it's the thought that counts.
Yeah, I've already made a battle character and died from a bumble bee (joy, next time I'll pick on a butterfly, they'll be more gentle... right?). But I reserected myself!
So, what's the chances Cat will see this thread? Or should I send them a PM?

| Heh- I didn't think the shop was working until I noticed all the copper was gone. It turns out I spent all of it on defence spells. But that's ok- I'll go play some games in the fun section forum thing and get enough to buy a better weapon like a sword or hammer or something. No worries.
But- why isn't there a newbie bow? As in bow and arrow archers tools?

| Theres and alignment issue with Google Chrome & Opera. The avatar page will only work in firefox or internet explorer. What browser do you use? 
We're working on getting that fixed though, and hopefully it will work when the new layout is out. :3
