I'm not being granted quest rewards from battling...?

I've seen afew green dragons, gargoyles and bumblebees in the last 20 mins, killed them all and havn't gotten a single loot item? Halp me Cat, has the code broken or something? D:

I was getting one each time i killed the apropriate creature before, now i'm getting nothing!

The drop rate has been lowered so they won't drop every time you defeat them. ^_^;
