| Hi guys, I'm new to this site. I've seen this site awhile ago but have not decided to venture into this world until now. I've been on several avatar sites for a long time now; atm I'm most active on Soliaonline and Kinsaki. I'm waiting for PiiTown (or Vios Terra) and Crysandria to come back.
I'm 20 and I'm an Aries. I love to draw, admire art, and draw some more  My current majors are Special Education and Art and I nearly completed my Japanese minor. As you've probably guessed, I'm an avid anime/manga follower and will be glad to hold discussions with you on those subjects.
I hope I can meet some cool people here on Midorea, make friends, and maybe open up an art shop in the near future when I'm finished with my summer job.
As I'm a newbie to this site, I'm not familiar with a lot of its features: mainly the battle system, how trade system works, important rules I should always follow...(for example, whether or not I can double-post or bring up my own thread after a few days, etc.) I hope you guys can help me out on that.

| Welcome to Midorea, Lawliet. ^^ If you want the main site rules, you can find them here. There are also stickies in each forum for forum-specific rules, but the main ones you should worry about are the games and market square forum.
For help on the battle system and other various things, go here. There's a battle system FAQ in the second post in that link.
If you run into any further confusing things, feel free to ask us about it. ^_^

| Chu@ Thank you very much! I've read over the rules from the link you gave me. I think I'll hold off with the battle system for the moment, until I have more time to play that :3

| Okay. :3 The battle system does seem a bit overwhelming at first, but once you get your character made it's really simple to use.
Whenever you do decide to use it though, I have some advice. The most efficient way for me to use it, is to create a fighter with at least 17 or 18 strength, constitution, and dexterity. You don't have to go about it that way, but that's how I prefer to use it.

| I noticed you can only use the shops if you create the character for the battle system...is that right?

| Yes, it is. You don't have to battle until you choose to do so though.

| @Chu: Bards. They lose that 1 hp, but gain 1 to defense each level. And they're like fighters, but with more skills XD
