| It's translucent over a gradient so it varies slightly, but I think you'd be safe with #A9A0A0. ^_^

One small thing that bothers me though is that dark lines on top of the footer, even though that and the blue border are the same color.

Oh, I forgot to respond to this.
That's fixed now, thank you. ^^ However the gradient background still has the problem with not staying the dark brown at the bottom.
