| Romance? Hm... None come to mind, but what about Gone with the Wind? That's a pretty good romance-type novel. Twilight's pretty good as well, but some people don't like that style of writing.

| Yeah, historical romances tend to be pretty good as far as these things go. Anything by Diana Gabadon is good, but you have to really like Scotland.

| I wonder what is considered good as far as romance goes. XD I've read a few romance books, borrowed from a friend of mine. We read them because they're funny. I never read them because I actually find them to be romantic or because they turn me on. They make me laugh my ass off with their ridiculous descriptions of sex. XD So far every romance book I've come across has been laughable, so I wonder if there's anything out there that would actually be good and romantic in the way that I assume they are "supposed" to be.

| I'd have to say anything by Nora Roberts or Jane Austen will do you well. Nora's have a lot of hot-and-sweaty scenes and quite a few have fantasy elements, while Jane's are more refined and period-orientated.

| Lol...
Dan Abnett writes some kickass books about Warhammer 40k. Better than romance books IMO, but if you're really set on those things... try Dark Prince by ... some lady. lol.

| Anything by Meg Cabot! The Princess Diaries series is her best known series, but is 10 books long.
