Where do you get Lotus Feathers from? Is it from one of the boards on the forum, or an event or something?

It was from the last event, but I think you can't get any now... It's just there so that people who still have some can change them into silver (main currency here). Or because Cat is busy with something else and doesn't have the time to change it... or both lol
