I think the hard part it getting the shot you want. You have to have a sense of composition and the ability to take more the one shot. Normally on a roll of film I was lucky to get 1-3 photos that worked. With digital I usually fill a 2GB card and maybe 10-15 will be of the caliber I want.

I used to be a portrait photographer at the local Sears store. I must admit to not knowing much about the specs of different cameras and I don't own one of my own at the moment either.

My favorite part of that job was working with children. I got to take some great pictures but in the end I had to leave my job to go to school. (which is fine, because my coworkers were starting to drive me crazy, anyway.)

yeah that bit can be a pin in the ass. i overexpose so many of my shots, generally my composition is good but i've had a ton of rolls of film that i only got a couple shots out of T_T
