Repairing

I think for the repair hammers you should make put something up that would help make repairing alot faster for eg.


"select a tool"
"select a weapon"
*repair how many times* <<and then repair x9.

I think it'll be alot easier and faster.

I agree with this, though I don't know if it can be done. ^^; But repairing would be a lot easier with that feature, even if you could only do five or ten repairs at a time.

I second the agreement! ^^ I do hope it's possible... since it's sometimes soooo annoying to keep clicking... especially when I need to repair my weapon, armor, helmet and shield. And I abuse them greatly in battle xD so they need lotsa repairing~

The funfact is, it can be done. =P The problem would be if the coder knows how too or not. PHP & MySQL is a very fun thing. <3

But yes, I agree. That definitely would be faster then just spam refreshing the page until that hammer is gone. Might make me use the battle system a little more often.

I think what Chu was trying to get across was that, it shouldn't be that easy. Making you have to click so much is part of the system. It's more realistic than fixing your weapon as fast as you could go out a buy a new one.

Well, if you want to go realistically - when you're repairing an item you're not going to stop just to start repairing again. Unless you need a new repair hammer. So it would make sense to repair your whole weapon in one shot.

That being said, the xnumber should only be the amount of repairs a single repair hammers duration and you have to go to another repair hammer and do the process again.

But I like having it take more effort. It makes it more refreshing in the end.

I think it'd be awesome to have an area on the site where we can go to get our items repaired.

Like, a little shop with an angry little man [maybe the weapons shop even, you know?] and we can select items to give him, and the hammer to use and how much we want it restored. Then he'd take [x] amount of predetermined time to repair it and you could go check up on it until it's done.

That way it's a bit more "realistic" and if you want to do it quickly, you could just opt to repair it A LITTLE BIT every once in a while. (:
