| Fairies could be real cause they like to hide from us. I use to live in a hunted house once.

| *shrugs* I don't usually find much, but its a lot of fun. I wish I had professional equipment though. I really want a heatseeking/thermal video camera that detects hot and cool spots.
I am actually a fierce skeptic, so I usually need a lot of proof to believe something is real. I won't buy into everything. I need proof.

| Sweet@ Your friend that can see ghost might be a medium. I know I can sense a ghost and see them when others can't.

| it's called Monsterquest on the history channel, watch it. they did a special about such things as seemingly perfect incisions and only the organs or certain organs being taken out. one specialist said it was a perfectly common things for predators to do...but i still think it's a little strange...

| Really? I know people have solved the cattle mutilation. If you leave a cow corpse in the sun for even a single day it will bloat and split and everything.
I didn't see the one about the predators splitting open their meal.

| Well, I don't think I've ever seen any monsters or aliens.
But if you've seen a show on the History channel called UFO Hunters, they had a special on the Kokomo Lights, and I saw those when they happened. xD Kokomo is near where I live.
(don't come rape me y'all)
And when Berlin and I went to Europe we stayed in a haunted hotel in Wales. ;D

| Well, all that spiritual stuff does exist...
But I've never once heard of a situation like THAT resulting from it.
But, I've heard of some pretty messed up crap, so... maybe?
I don't think so, though. If it were a spirit, ghost, or demon... they wouldn't just do that on your lawn and then piss off somewhere. They'd stick around, for sure.
I deal with messed up "spiritual" stuff all the time. It's a part of my life I can't ignore. But I suppose in a way... if you can bring yourself to not believe in it, or ignore it, that's probably for the better. ^^ So I don't push it too hard on people.
I know what's real. That's enough.

| I believe in aliens but not to the extent of freaking out over a war of the worlds doomsday kind of thing. I think they don't really look any different than us.
I don't really believe in bigfoot, he's just some man who lives in the woodswho happens to be a little over grown. Nessie is kind of plausible but media activated legends keep me doubting.
I'm a firm believer in spirits because thats where i'm most sensitive. I've seen all sorts of things and your story doesn't sound too out there. There was an animal killer in my neighborhood as a kid who dismantled cats and let the pieces in the yards. I found a leg walking out of piano lessons... yeah gross.
It could be some sick kid with a scalpel just out of biology. I've known people with sick agendas like that.
I don't generally go ghost hunting but I've stumbled upon it. My friends and I went hiking one evening up this place with some old ruins back in probably the late 1800's maybe.
Our boyfriends decided to go slip into an old wine cellar where the gate had been knocked out of the way. I didn't want to fallow themb ecause my intuition said no but I walked towards it anyways and just stood at the edge of the steps. I got the distinct feeling that something violent had been enacted there and I didn't want to follow up and before I turned around I got a flash of something holding onto the gate bars.
My imagination is so strong that sometimes I give myself living nightmares. I can convince my self of nearly anything but usually it takes a little work so this little vision has me wondering.
Anyways, my friend Erin and Lindsey head up the trail a little. I wanted to show them this archway. The trail split and we headed up there at a jog as we walked up in mid stride I was hit with a cold chill that passed like needles or fingers through me. It ended immediatly and the forboding sense left as we got to the top. We decided to play a lame joke on our boyfriends and so we screamed and they saw through it and didn't come.
We waited anyways and as we waited all of us began getting a sinking pit like feeling that kind of swallowed us for a moment and then we headed down.
We told them about our eerie feeling and they just brushed it off. My feeling wouldn't leave me. They decided to head up and check it out themselves. I begged them to stay (cheesey ghost story right?). Erin and Lindsey and I stayed at the bottom of the trail besides a tree. Erin started freaking out, obviously overwhelmed. I told them to join hands and we recited an old indian chant to keep ourselves safe and clear our minds (I'm native american).
They came back down and related to us what was going on.
The archway is maybe two 5'6'' person's armspans across and it stretches across a small area with just heavy wall. Beyond it is a log and beyond that is a wire fence pushed down gaurding a water way that leads up and across the highway. There's graffiti all over it and it holds the impression of endlessness and ominous darkness. It doesn't look creepy, I've filmed up there before but that was in daylight and we were there at twilight.
They told us that fog had begun isueing out of the storm drain, not enough to be really uncanny but.... wierd.
I don't remember much of what happened next. things slowed down and I found my self standing and then it all stopped. I felt pressure on my lips, but I was detached. I heard my name called, it sounded like Erin but far away and then I was back. My boyfriend asking me what my name was, Erin had fallen on the trail and wouldn't move. I went to help her up, the rest of the night was kind of placid and surreal.
The rest of the week it felt like something sticky had attatched itself inside me and I couldn't shake the feeling until I forced it out of my mind. This is really the first time I've dwelled on it since then.
