I'm so ill.....

I'm not quite sure why. I've never felt something like this before, its weird. I've eaten well and I got the usual amount of sleep (6 hours)

I think its somehow the stress of my grandma's death or something. Although, I'm handling it mentally fine. I guess our bodies work in weird ways. Or something.

I've got some weird kind of shivvers that almost make me feel like I'm convulsing or having a seizure or something. My stomach hurts and many of my muscles feel tense. Nothing bothers me more than when there's something wrong with me and I have no idea what it is.

Does anyone else ever have unexplained pain and/or sickness?

You should try extending your sleeping time to 8 or 9 hours or so.

Maybe you're just starting to catch a cold/the flu/some other sickness? Something that you ate? Or maybe your muscles are sore from doing some sort of exercise? I'm not a doctor, but I also hate it when I have no idea what's wrong with me.

I've been sneezing a heck of a lot lately, but everybody tells me that it's my allergies. And I have no idea what I'm allergic to. Also, my right ankle started to mysteriously hurt on and off today. Same with my knees for the past few years; my friend has it, too. My knees hurt on and off, and they just cause a pain whenever I walk.

Ah, more possibilities... the paranoia has set in. (kidding)

I find it hard to sleep for more than 7 hours usually, but I can sometimes take a nap in the late afternoon.

My friend Kasumi has trouble with her knees, too but she has a condition called Crepitus (sp?) that's apparently air bubbles in the jell/fluid in her knee so it makes a strange popping noise when she bends them and especially when she goes up stairs. It sounds painful but she says it only hurts when she's going up steep stairs or on a really cold day.

I guess that condition can lead to early arthritis so that sucks. She also broke her knee back in December of 2007 but I think things are healed enough that its not a problem any longer.

I get weird, messed up pains too.

But mine happen in my heart mostly. My body temperature is erratic, and I can never control my sleep patterns. The shakes bother me the most. Almost constantly trembling. X.x there's more, I just don't like to constantly list everything.

It's rather... tedious.


I've gone to doctors. They never know what the fex it is. So I kinda just... gave up. You know? Screw doctors. Unless you give me a real doctor like House, then I dun want no doctor. D< He's a crazy prick, but he's talented. More like House!

You could be coming down with something; whenever I get the flu, I feel sore and shaky and restless.

Lately I've been having mysterious, unexplainable abdominal pains that don't seem to be stomach/food-related. o__- Latest doctor said it could have something to do with my ovaries. Joy.

It sounds like a stress reaction. Are the shivers connected to being cold (or even feeling too warm)? If no, then probably stress related.

I got sick too, but mine is probably a bad cold. That was probably also set on by stress, but from lack of stress. I just finished school, so I have more free time, and then my body knocked me out for two days (two days that I needed to do stuff during) And now I'm trying to take it slow and hope I can catch up (I have some projects that need finishing up). But I think I'm getting better. My body isn't as sore, and I don't have the random hot flashes/cold flashes. Just a persistent cough and sore throat. >.> and waking up at 4:30 am for no reason.

I myself haven't been actually sick recently. But I get these random stabbing pains in my ribs from time to time, and also apparently my body is off-and-on lactose intolerant or something, because I get crippling stomachaches as well.

Boy, it seems like all of us have something wrong with us. xD;

Eh, most people think they have the worst life possible. It makes complaining easier. Its important to remember that no matter how bad something is, it can most likely get worse.

I get that from time to time, uncontrolable shivers and what not.

The body can react to uncosnscious dilemma and conscious stress, causing muscle spazzms and cold shakes.

I don't really know what I'm talking about so I'm basing this information on personal experience.

Once when i got really sick with the flu an depression I came down into convulsios in the middle of the night.

@ Tran - I lived with my Gran for the last few years of high school after my parents died. She's provided me with a fund to put me through school so that's why I moved to WI, on some sort of weird whim I wanted to get out of PA so I moved here by my Aunt. I kinda regret it now because I hadn't seen her in a while... The thing that bugs me the most was that I didn't make it there in time. (or else I'd probably still be gone)

Luckily my teachers let me take my finals early so I could attend her funeral this weekend (meaning: nassii might be offline again - sorry!)

@ Ren - eep! Ovaries! One of my best friends had bruised ovaries a while back... not even sure how that's possible but...yeah.

@ sychobunny - I never feel really hot or cold really.

@ Andelaide - Yeah... I haven't been overly depressed so one of my professors said that it might be psychological because of the stress of finals and gran's funeral. I don't know, anything's possible I guess.
