| I did that during a Saint Patrick's Day event on another forum.
I'm not over there anymore, but it helped.

I tried refreshing and it wasn't as effective as just... posting. As in, I haven't ever gotten any by refreshing xD Or page surfing, really.

| Well, I've counted how many times it takes.
For every four pages you view (posting pages included) you get a bloom.
So if you don't want to go through posting, just refresh four times and voila.
