| So as well all know today May 10th was mothers day.
So im asuming everyone had a wonderful mother's day.
Or at least a good one.
Me, mine started out fine.
We went to the lake for my boyfriends friends birthday
then went and had dinner with my family and
then had dinner with his family.
Well me im a new mom, so this is my first EVER mothers day.
I got gifts from my family and people told me
happy mothers day.
Well frankly im a little hurt and depressed now.
The one person who i was waiting all day to hear "happy mothers day"
from never said it to me.
I was waiting for my boyfriend, who is the father of my daughter, to say it to me.
And he never did.
so frankly my very first mothers day sucked.
So did everyone else have a good mothers day?

| In Bulgaria we celebrate Mother's Day on 8th of March. It's actually a celebration to all women,not only mothers (=
I still hope every1 else has a great Mother's Day. Especially moms! The deserve much love! (and not only today!  )

| my mom is saying the same thing. maybe he forgot.
i don't see how he can forget to say it to me, the mother of his kid,
but remember to say it to his mother and grandmother.
And then on top of that, hear his sister and sister in law tell me
happy mothers day, right in front of him.

| I didn't really do anything on Mother's Day for I'm not a mother yet. I did get my mom a card that I could record my voice on cause I live in a different city then she does. I also bought her a cookie bouquet which deviled the bouquet to her house on the day before Mother's Day. My mom called me and told me she loved the gift and the card.

| I had to order the bouquet online. I got to pick what kind of cookies to put in it.

| Last year my husband got me a cookie bouquet for our wedding anniversary, and that's how I found out about cookie bouquet.

| We went to my aunt's house for dinner - barbequed ribs and egg-potato salad, it was delicious. I brought some flowers for my grandma and aunt, and I gave my mom a book about menopause She was a little "lol wtf" about it but still grateful. xD

| I gave my mom her gift back in march cause I'd forget...
she loved it even if it was a chrome piece of metal with sparky rocks in it
what made her even more proud was that I didn't pay for it I won it in a raffle.

| Well I have a new daughter about 6 months old and I figured I wouldn't even hear about mothers day...(except for the akward phone call to my own mom >.> ) But my best friend shows up with a big hybrid potted rose for my garden ... AHHH! I loved it soo much cause If I move I can keep it with me.... So my first Mothers day was great! =^-^=
