Let's Go Flower-viewing! {PLEASE READ FIRST POST!}

"Ah. A place to stay. Haven't had one of those in a while." Sage joked, but in actuality being completely serious. He had always been the type to wander, never really staying in one place for too long. Or sleeping on a decent bed or even a few blankets. Just the earthy ground and the clothes on his back.

"It would be nice for once to not be cold at night as I sleep. And I would also like to see this twin of yours. I understand how she feels about large gatherings. They are quite troublesome and busy. Too fast pace for the likes of my lazy bum i have to admit." He laughed as he sat up again for the third time already.

[Squid]

Squid never left the shore and would like it to be known that it was impossible that Squid was the creature who had attack Ryo and disappeared back in to the water. Just for clarification.

When a second lotus blossoms fell, this time landing by Squid's neck, Squid sat up, a second tentacle retrieving it from the ground. Were the blossoms coming back? It seemed like perhaps there were more now...

[Afanassii]

Nassii had been looking around but he caught the first thing she had said and heraised his eye brows and responded with, "Oh, is that so?" before she had a chance to try to cover it up.

"What am I thinking about?" He slowed the dance and attempted to dip her back while he looked upward, deep in thought. "Mmmm.... Nnothing, really." he laughed, pulling her back to her feet.

[Aaya-Tan]

Aay nodded fervently, "Yes yes! Exactly! Like a meteor shower all across the sky in huge bursts of light and color!" she laid on her back as her stretched out her arms for emphasis. She giggled, "If they don't, I'll set some off in front of my shop!"

She blinked as a bloom drifted down to rest right on her nose, "Oop! Why thank you, Father Lotus!" she pat the branch before placing the bloom quite literally behind her ear, smiling slightly, "Hah, well, I'm sure they'll not be as pretty out in the town. Perhaps we can come out here away from the trees and set off some fireworks by ourselves, what do you say? Just have a girl's night out and enjoy it!"

She heard the last comment and laughed, "I am NOTHING like the other little fangirls that stalk after his every freaking move. It's a disgrace to watch them! 'Oh Fuu-sama, you're so amazing! You're so powerful!' My God! He acts up just because he's probably SICK of everyone treating him like that! No one else caught on, though. I just give him candy, I think that's the only reason he seeks me out. I'm like the icecream man with boobs and sugar rocks," she laughed.

Muse shrugged as best a cat could, She's been hunting down a cure since before he died. And even more so afterward when she found out she had it. She'll wake up some days and literally be completely blind. She's had trouble breathing sometimes at night, and it's scary. She chokes and gags and it's very unnerving to hear. I don't... I don't know what'll happen to me 'n Julian once she passes on. We'll probably get sent back to her mother, or to another person who needs service animals, I guess.

[Transcendence]

"People always say they are thinking nothing, when they must be thinking a great deal. Its sort of...well almost impossible to think absolutely nothing."

She look at him her eyes glistening with mischief.

Suddenly Tran lost her train thought and stepped on Nassiis foot.
"Oh, I am so sorry! Please forgive me I can be quite a klutz sometimes."
Tran is so flustered, she is nearly in tears.

"Please forgive me. I......umm...ermm.."
Tran's heart beat faster.

Jay walked away quietly while watching the cute couple dance

Nassii had a good laugh, "That's all right. You warned me fair that you weren't well trained in dancing. I danced.... at my own peril, so to speak." He then noticed how badly the accident had affected her.

"Transcendence.... Its al right. You didn't hurt me at all...." He took her head in his hands and tried to wipe away her tears.

[Squid]

A third blossom escaped from the lotus tree's grip, this one landing right on Squid's head and tumbling down to further land in Squid's lap. All of the lotus blossoms were set in a small pile off to the side and Squid smiled. This was a good thing. More blossoms were a good thing.

[Transcendence]

Tran was silent...speechless for a moment when Nassii touched her face. She didn't know what to say. She just looked at him with glistening eyes.

Her lips parted slightly as though she wanted to say something, but she couldnt. It was as though she had lost all of her words, completely from her memory. There was only now and Nassii filling her view.

"Hmm...an icecream man...with boobs. You think they would have discovered that secret years ago. Put a girl in a short skirt selling ice cream and every man from here to town would be in line to buy something from her." She smirked a bit at that mental picture, grinning just a little. "It is funny to watch, however. All the fangirls, swooning over him. It must be doing a great deal to his ego. I think any man would love that kind of treatment superficially, but secretly desire more. And by more, I mean you."

Frey smiled at the thought of fireworks. "That sounds like a good plan. There's a good clearing nearby that would work perfectly. No trees around anywhere. Where would we get the fireworks though? Is there a shop somewhere?" Frey tried to imagine what the sky would look like, with lots of colorful shooting stars. She had seen a meteor shower before and had found it absolutely beautiful.

Maverick murred gently, her ears folding backwards in worry. Is she anywhere close to finding a cure? Frey would help her...if they had to quest somewhere to find it, she'd go along. Maybe it would help...Aay seems to do better when Frey is around. They're feeding off each other, I think... She gently nosed her friend. If anything happened, you two could come live with Frey and me.

Oh, yes. He wanted to kiss her - quite badly. But he had become to fond of Transcendence to lead her on. So, instead of putting his lips to hers he held her until he noticed her tears had stopped and then he pulled her close into a tender hug. "Yes... friends do this.... this should be all right." he said to himself.

"You worry too much, Miss Transcendence. Everything is all right."

[Transcendence]

Tran's breath was coming shallow now. She felt warm and safe in Nassii's chest.
"Nassii...I am very happy that I have met you" Tran whispered.

In her hearts of hearts she wished he had kissed her, but the moment had passed. She sighed deeply, bringing in the sent of him. memorizing the moment. Tran snuggled into his chest. Bringing herself close to him.

[Yaneci DeNovi]

Yaneci considers this, wondering if he could wait until after the festival. "The walk home is rather long, about half a day.. I didn't think to ride my horse here either.. Would it be okay to wait until the festival is over." She looks around, then adds. "Or tomorrow?"

"I KNOW right? But nooo, females are all, 'omg my boobs are showing! I'm being disrespected!'. Button your top, ya floozie," Aay laughed and folded her arms behind her head. Her eyes slid shut for a moment as she lost herself in her daydreams, though she was completely coherent enough to hold conversation with.

"I don't know, ya know? I'm just an alchemist. He's the Clan Leader. He's probably already engaged or there's some kind of arranged marriage thing going on," she waved her hand slightly, "Probably to some really young thing that's got huge knockers and killer hips," she lifted her arms over her head, suddenly shifting to cock her hips left, then right, doing a little shimmie of sorts.

She laughed a little bit, "A clearing would be great. And don't you worry about that. I have a friend in the business. He travels EVERYWHERE and he's always bringing me back shiney things. I can just ask for some fireworks this time," she grinned, "He could join us, too! You'd like him, he's a cat man, but more like.. Chimaera..." she tried to think of how to put it, "He's like. A huge creature. He can turn into a lion, griffin, dragon thing. It's freaking awesome to look at when he's not snarling or hungry," she snorted.

Muse turned to face Maverick a moment, letting his mind wander, She's not in her lab much anymore. I think she may have just given up. For some reason, she's always healthier when Frey's around longer than a few moments. I think you're right, they're somehow feeding off of each other. Frey gets Aays emotions, while Aay seems to be able to be a lot healthier somehow. I don't know, I'm not a geek with science..

He sighed slightly, though returned his attention back to Maverick once she mentioned he and Julian living with them, Does Julian HAVE to come? He's so mean!

Frey grinned a bit. "A dragon...lion...griffin. I would imagine he'd be something to see! Is he humanoid, like me? Or more beastie? Like Maverick? What's his name anyways? Any chance of me finding a perfect mate in him?" She was joking, of course. She wasn't really after finding a man.

"Alchemist? Sounds familiar, but I'm not too familiar with what that is. What exactly is it?" Frey was always so blunt and upfront. If she didn't know what something meant, she would ask, no matter how foolish it might may her appear. To her, learning was more important than looking cool. And after all, she had an excuse. She had been living in a cave for quite some time. No social interactions whatsoever.

"Well, have you ever seen him with another woman, looking the slighest bit interested? Or is there a ring on his finger? He might be in an arranged marriage, but who knows? He might forfeit it if the right woman came along." She winked cheerfully, mimicking Aay's shimmy with her own, which made her laugh harder. It was awkward, doing a hip shimmy on a branch.

Maverick nodded a little. Frey and I will help. We'll find a cure somehow. Frey's not a scientist, but she knows all sorts of natural cures using herbs and plants. That's all we really have in the forest. The cave lioness chuckled gently. I don't know...depends on if Frey would take him. I know she'd take you, since you're a feline too. Julian would probably like the cave. Lots of mice to hunt.
