| I feel fat at times...do you ever have this problem?
I suppose that I have gained weight and I would like to lose it.
I stepped on the doggy scale at my college and it weighed 125. Now i dont know if that is true, but thats insane! I need to lose weight. Any ideas about how I can get the motivation to do so?
Its almost time to wear a bathing suite.

| I don't think you need to lose weight. I'm 140. I still look good. At least I think I do and that what counts.

| I am five feet tall though, so I am pretty short. I look ok, but my belly sticks up a lot and it giggles a little. Its embarrassing.

| I know I have a belly too. It's is going down. If you really want to lose weight. I say all you need to do is eat healthy food, and workout a bit. Drink less soda.

| Same problem here, except I'm exercising since I have a pretty healthy diet in the first place...
I can run longer now...my cat still beats me though.

| LOL I feel fat all the time. XD I recently gained back an unfortunate amount of weight (like 20 lbs wtffff) from being kicked suddenly off of my medication and forced into a slug-like state of fail. But I'm on a much better diet now and working out all the time so I'm getting rid of it. I felt fat when I wasn't fat though, so XD YAY!!
Seriously though, for you, just work out regularly, eat right, don't eat 3 hours before bed, and cuuut out the sodas. Sodas are terrible, I never drink them XP. Make sure you're not drinking your calories.

| I feel the same way sometimes. but I do know that I really am skinny, but my mind sometimes tells me other wise.
I'm 15 and weight 99 pounds the last time I checked (it was 99.99 lol!)
I don't like thinking i'm fat, it just happens.
Exercise makes perfect though sit upssss ^^

I'm 4'11" and I weigh between 116-120lbs. Someone my height should barely weigh 100lbs. I'm not a kid, though. I'm 18.
Then again, I actually have somewhat large.. assets. -coughs-
I want to weigh at least 110lbs though. As a semi-stable weight.

I don't know how tall I am, but I'm usually at 120. I'm too scrawny.
I have had friends who pull this conversation all the time. Then you ask them what their pants size is. "00". ~ Shut up!

| i dont feel confortable wearing a bathing suit. yet. but i guess i will have to cut out the soda. Its hard to lost in college because you eat pretty much what you can get your hands on. I can however work out. that sounds like somthint that i could do. However the motivation is hard. Maybe if i got my boyfriend to do it too.

| I hardly ever feel fat, to be honest. At 5'3 and 137 lbs, I'll admit that I'm a bit chubby, and it wouldn't hurt to lose a few pounds. But really, I feel totally fine with myself.

I sometime get a flabby tummy and I start googling 'how to get abs' like crazy >w<
I'm like 5'7 and about 115 pounds,so I still am fine with myself.
I'm skinny and tall,but I hate my ass,it doesn't fit in D:

| I have a little belly on me and it can get really depressing. I'm not fat. Far from it. But I dont have a flat tummy so I feel unnattractive.

| i do have those feelings..everyday..
i don't know whether im fat or not, because some say im terribly thin, but some say im fat ( which i hate it )..
so this really makes me uncomfortable, and only making me think that im actually a fat person T_T
okay..maybe i exaggerate that a bit..im not fat, but more like..my belly is the one getting quite big..

| Lol you skinny people. What the heck, 5'7" and 115? o_O you must be a rail!
You all do know that you can easily find a good range of target body weights on the internet right? Like if you're not sure... lol. I mean, just google a BMI chart or something. If you have a wideset/heavy frame, you should be more towards the higher end of normal, or vice versa... or in the middle is fine too. But honestly, if you don't really know, you should look it up. :< because if you guys are underweight it's really not good for you.
Oh, and do remember, if you've been working out - muscle weighs more than fat so the BMI is just a guideline... it's really all more about how you feel than the number.
