1 Tiny suggestion

I love the heck out of this site. I think I can tell that someone here likes the color green as much as I do >.< and I know that it goes along with the name ...

but... the green background on the forums sometimes hurts my eyes and with green being the predominant backdrop color, you don't notice the lovely green items as much as you would if the background was a neutral color.

I guess what I'm saying is that it would be nice if the default color scheme here wasn't predominantly the colors that are in the fantastic "deity" items. Since these items are supposed to be special, if the background color were something else, they would stand out all the more.

I might agree with you. I do love the green, but it kinda makes the items on avatars more difficult to see especially for those that love green. I might suggest a much lighter green or a blue or tan? At least for some of the layout. OH well i dont know nothing sounds good. >.<

We've got a whole new layout in the works, and judging from what I've got done so far in the design aspect of it is that the new layout will not have as much green as much of it will be replaced with a cool/dark brown color.
And also the sharp yellow highlights will almost be completely gone.

oooo that sounds really quite exciting! I would love to see that. I cant wait. The only reason I agree of course is because on other sites I have heard people say that the green is too bright for their eyes. Now it doesn't hurt mine in fact I quite like the green. However when I wear green I cant see it as well as i would like.

But in all honesty i cant wait to see the new layout. I love seeing new things.

I like green, I just wish that it wasn't so "in your face" so to speak. If it was on borders and stuff it could still be around just not as pronounced. That way the deity items would stand out like they should.
