OMG I didn't tell you. I got my vampire kiss piercing. Well I got dermals ( Like implants) I'll show a picture. ^__^ They just cut a little hole on your skin, go to the side a little with the needle to make a pocket under your skin and pop the earring in there and the skin will grow over it so the jewelry wont fall out. ^_^
