Let's Go Flower-viewing! {PLEASE READ FIRST POST!}

[Aaya-Tan]

Aay let her hand extend slowly in front of her. It seemed like no one was there. Dammit, she really was helpless without her glasses. She sighed, shaking her head and trying to get her bearings.

"Let's see.. If I'm right... The stand for the sparklers is about... Thirty feet away? Yeah, that's about right... The fish stand is... Ten..." she started on her way then, keeping her hands close to her sides, but at the same time, her hands out a little bit in order to keep from bumping into anybody without looking like she was a total handicap.

Muse mewled anytime she got too close to someone or something, and she immediately went in the direction of his paw thump. He used his left or his right paw to tell her where to go, and if she needed to duck, he'd smack her with his tail. It took two tries for her to realize what that meant.

A knot and bruise later she realized that some branches were extremely low this time of year. That or she was hitting signs. Most folks generally laughed at the fact, she just kinda snickered it off, too. Once she started waking up, she started seeing the humor and irony in all of it.

At least folks were getting a good laugh, even if it was at her own expense. She ducked another branch and finally came to a seat on a bench. She gracefully accepted a cold ice pack to place against the bruises on her forehead. God, if He could see her now, he'd be laughing his ass off at her. She laughed a little to herself as she remained on the bench for now.

Muse grumbled under his breath as he remained perched on her shoulder, using his paw to preen and rub out the twigs and leaves from getting smacked once or twice himself thanks to the little endeavor.

If spiders could laugh, Julian was doing it. And Muse didn't like it.

[Maeve]

Well, "someone" wasn't probably the good term. A cat was sitting on a branch, right under where she was. I wonder if that will do...she thought, but decided to try anyway. She sat comfortably on the branch, and reached in her pocket to get the glass bottle. She pulled the cap and inclined the bottle, letting only a small drop falling out. Careful, I don't want to waste too much on a test. The drop fell, touching the cat's back. The liquid immediately started to bubble.

((Ur, I'm letting you control your cat and what happen. But make something fun, mk? ^^ It's not meant to hurt, I promise!))

[Urboros]

a loud yowl rose from the forest. Rhee reared up on her hind legs startled, she backed up a bit before settling back on all fours. The yowl was followed by a rather loud hissing noise. Mr.meow could hold his own.

Mr.meow Hissed and shook his body he was wet he hated wet! where was his slave?!
"Roowl!"
He turned his head to lick off the wet, there in the tree the one who made him wet. Baring his teeth he hissed.

[Benimaru]

Benimaru led Kasumi to a secluded spot beneath a rather large, old lotus tree. "Greetings, honored elder," Benimaru said, placing a hand against the tree's thick trunk, "please forgive our intrusion, and allow us to share your place of serenity." He then took off his haori and layed it out on the ground at the tree's base, " Here" he said to Kasumi, motioning to the haori, " I know it isn't much, but it's the best I can do for you."

[Maeve]

"Relax, kitty! It's just some Fairy Juice! See the label? 100% Pure Fairy Juice, made only with fresh fairies. Kidding, it's made by fairies with plants and magical stuff. It will make your fur all shiny," Maeve said, trying to calm the cat. "Oh, and maybe change its color..." she added, noticing that the back of the cat was starting to turn blue and red... Works!

[Squid]

Mm. Made with fresh fairies... Squid was lounging in a tree, various tentacles either draped over the branch, or curled under Squid's body. Now that sounded like a tasty treat, even if it was a bit barbaric...

[Urboros]

Mr. meow gave a final hiss before sitting back down and licking his fur. he looked up and meowed in an demanding way.
"meow!" 'pet me now and I'll forgive you'
He waited tail twitching a bit.

[Maeve]

"So, you're not mad?" Maeve said with cute guilty eyes. She got down to where the cat was and reached her hand to pet him. By then, the fur of the cat had started to turn in all the colors of the rainbow.

[Sane]

Ella watched the scene, laughing.

[Kasumi Ocada]

Kasumi was touched by Benimaru's respectful acknowledgment of the trees and completely blown away by his chivalrous gesture. She had no idea how to respond at first and even when she did consider sitting down worries - that only a larger-than-average girl would understand- ran through her head.

Half-lying she said, "Well, at the moment I think I'd prefer to stand. I think I might have bruised my bottom from the fall." She laughed a little. "Thank you for the sentiment, though."

She leaned against the tall tree and looked him over, wondering what he was really thinking at the moment.

[Maeve]

Hearing someone laughed, Maeve started looking around. I was sure that there was no one around here... Stupid me! she thought. Bah, anyway, now that this works, I can finish what I wanted to do... She got down from the tree. She took the little bottle of Fairy Juice, opened the bottle and emptied its content around the base of the tree. After a minute or two, the lotus flowers and leaves started to change colors. Now, that will make a good spot! she thought, while putting the empty bottle back in her pocket. She took a small blanket in exchange and put it on the ground, sitting under the newly-made rainbow tree.

[Urboros]

Mr.Meow started to purr forgetting all about his rainbow fur it didn't really matter as long as he got rubbed.

Rhee tossed the waffle out and walked towards the trees that she heard the yowl from.

[Maeve]

Sitting comfortably on her blanket, Maeve took a large box out of her bag, too large too fit in it apparently. Didn't matter thought, as the bag had some magic properties too. She opened the box and started to build up the little alchemy kit that was safely strapped inside.

[Adelynde]

Sumatria woke to the sounds of her siblings arguing over something about the festival. She shrugged off their loudness and took a quick bath. Sumatria was feeling in a lavender mood so she picked out a spring gown and slipped on some thing leather sandals. She bounded down the stairs just to be bombarded with questions from her siblings.

“Gah! I don’t really care, I’m going to go enjoy myself.” She stuck her tongue out at them and ran out the house. Her stomach rumbled and she sighed. She knew she had forgotten something while at the house. Luckily on her last assignment she had been paid quite well and buying festival foods wouldn’t be that much of a problem.

She rushed farther from her home to avoid her siblings from following her. In the end Sumatria ended up in front of the sticky rice cake stand. She ordered two sticks along with some nice tea. She sat at the stand savoring the flavor of the rice cakes and enjoying the softness of lotus tea. As she at she thought of things that she should get while the festival was going strong. Sumatria knew that soon she would be moving out on her own and that now would be a great time to purchase rugs, furs, and even more gowns. She finished off the last of the cakes and drank the few remaining drops of tea before deciding to head over to the furs.

She walked straight for the furs and was greeted by a merchant that was nice yet a little annoying. She smiled and nodded as he talked and sighed happily when a new customer came up and took his attention. She ran her hand over the various furs and occasionally asked prices. Finally after a while of standing at the shop she decided on two different furs and told the merchant that she might be back later for more. He reminded her that the stock changed every few days and to come back today if something was here that she really wanted.

Ugh, this is one time I could use my little brothers. She sighed as she carried the roll of furs. The next stop would be to the rugs and than to the house to drop everything off. Sumatria was enjoying just walking around and looking at all the people and chatting with the occasional clans member that stopped.

[Sane]

Ella saw that she didn't notice her, so she took advantage of this situation, and went to play "hide and seek". With a little pestering.

So she poked Maeve when she wasn't looking, and Ella quickly hid.
A small quirk went from her face.
