| He locked the location in his mind, before retracting the sensing field, disappearing, and reappearing where the signal was coming from.
"Cass!" he called out, as he started to look for her.
"CASSANDRA!"

| As he looked around, he saw where Ash had obviously connected with, and the blood that was there. As he continued looking, it didn't take him long before he saw Cassandra, half submerged in water, unconscious, and a fair bit of blood around her as well as she laid on the stones that were around the small body of water.

| "Cassandra!" he called out, panic in his tone, as he rushed over to her.
He made it to her, and used one hand to pulse healing magic into her, while he used another hand to check her vitals.

| It took longer than he would have prefered, but he was able to finda pulse within her. It grew in strength as his magic worked into her, but not quite as much as he would have ideally liked, or was normal.

| He gritted his teeth some, and increased the potency of the healing magic, as he lifted her into his arms, and started to carry her away from the shallow pool of blood and water.

| Once he was a decent distance away, she stirred.
"Nnng... wh... what....?" She asked, not realizing what exactly was going on for a moment before she just shot up and looking around.
"ASh!?"

| She didn't realx, at least not at first. When he started talking, and she registered that she was in someone's arms, she reacted rather violently befor trying to get out of his grasp. When she couldn't, she tried to fight him off more, each attempt failing since she was rather weak still. After a minute or two though, she did relax.
"I.... I... what..? Fuck, what happened?" She asked.

| Vincent didn't react to her struggles or fighting, as he felt he didn't need to. When she finally calmed down and relaxed, he sighed.
"Who knows." he responded to her question.
"I just found you half-submerged in blood and water... badly hurt and in need of healing."

| She sighed.
"Right... the pulses..." She commented.
"Vincent, wherever you were... did you see anything odd in the sky?" She asked, wondering if she remembered it all right.

"It was as though the sky itself was being drained of life and colour."

Meanwhile, Sydney was working away at Ash, wondering what had happened, and wishing he would wake.
"Dammit, Ash. WAke up all ready." She have growled as she finished patchin ghim up completely.

| He nodded, as they both disappeared.

Ash stirred after a moment, before slowly opening his eyes... and shooting to an upright position.
"CASS!" he exclaimed, before clutching at his sides.
"Owwwwwww...." he groaned.
