I've just started out, and I'm looking forward to creating my character as I post and play

Did anyone else have a theme in mind with their avatars?

Hiya~ Welcome to the community.

I change my avater once every few months... Although when I'm more active in the forums, I change it more frequently. With this one, I wanted to use these lanterns in with a Halloween theme, so I ended up with this.

Do you have anything in mind?

I didn't really have an idea when I signed up, but then I started writing my characters story and I came up with a kind of vampiric/human theme so I'm looking forward to finding items (when I have enough silver to be buying them!) to fit my character, it's been a fun writing exercise

Ahh, I see. If you go to the "website" link on my profile, you can access MAD - the avatar generator. It's not fully updated because we're working on a new version, but it does have most of the items on there.

I just throw together what I think looks cool, and go "Yea, that's okay." But a lot of the people on here are just...well, spiffing.

Hehe, I think your avatars are cute! And I never see those purple stockings anywhere. You always use things that other people ignore.

I don't understand how people can ignore orange, purple, and green stripey arms! I mean...they're awesome!

Haha, I agree! I'd love to see them in more colors.

I mostly stick to the orange, occasionally foraying into the purple and green. I dunno why I like the stripey legs so much...I started with a Halloween look last year, and just...stripeys.

I really like the green stockings! I used the avatar generator and I made:

That's shouldn't be TOO bad. The black wings are Fallen Deity Wings, which will admittedly be pretty hard to get. They're a really old donation item.

Then you have the Baby Ghost (an old event item, but something people may be willing to part with) and the Ndengei armlets (an old donation item, although not as old as the Fallen Deity Wings. Everything else can be found in the shops for silver.


EDIT: AH, the base is Spirit of Felinus, which is another old donation item. It's more recent than the other two though.

I really like that base, and I like the green too! I could use other wings if they're too hard to find, or none, whatever happens I suppose! Better start posting more then! I'm on an epic mission to end my nudity ._.

Good luck! The event forum has the most traffic right now. When there aren't events, The Lounge is probably your best bet - but if you roleplay, those forums will be better.
