| Demi didn't move when she felt her father wrap his arms around her.
"..." she was silent, she didn't know what to say, and she didn't know if there was actually anything for her to say.
"... I've already lost my girls... why not add you to the list?" she asked, making it rather apparent that Kaia leaving as she did was taking it's toll on the woman.

"No comment." she said simply as she dug her cell out of her pocket to call Cass. She knew that the woman would be rather irrtated with her, and she had to get ahold of her.
"Ohhhh I hope that cass doesn't feed me to the masticore in the basement..." she said quietly as she dialed the number.
