Now, about the advent calendar and other stuff... I don't really know how often I'll be on during the next two weeks, because of real life stuff. But the contest and things will still happen, it might just take a bit more time before you get your prize.

Apparently all Jews (at least all my Jewish friends and their friends) go to the movies and eat Chinese food on Christmas. Because those are the only two places that are ever open

And yeah, I kinda love seeing my family and all, but the whole tree/presents/religion... not my thing.
Well, maybe the presents part is, but I get tired of every store and thing saying you need to buy tons of stuff to be happy.

On Christmas Eve my mom and I and my grandparents go over to my aunt's place for fajitas and gifts. Then I go to Christmas Eve service with my bestie's family.
I used to spend Chirtsmas day with my dad's side of the family until he died in '05.

I'd invite you all to my parents' house, but I kinda doubt you want to travel all the way to Canada... That and I kinda doubt my parents would appreciate having a bunch of strangers around their house XP

You know, when I look at desert recipes and stuff like that, my mom looks at me with her "you'd better not do that" eyes and says: "If you make that, we'll have to eat it!" Which is kinda the point when you make food.
For info, my mom's been trying to lose weight for a few years now, so she doesn't like when I bake stuff too often.
So I'm not sure how much she'll appreciate your gift.
