A friend of mine from middle school was playing truth or dare. And they somehow got a talking Dora-the-Explorer doll involved.

The question was "how far have you and a guy gone?"

The reply, when they pressed her hand, was "we did it, we did it, we did it, yaye!"

Reminds me of my cousin... she was always obsessed with it, to the extent of every time I saw her, she would talk non-stop about it... T.T MAKE IT STOP!

Yeah, she's also out-grown it, only to be throw into Pokemon. Now she wants me to face her every time I meet her, and I thrash her every time :3

And then my sister is also obsessed with pokemon X__x Makes me want to not play pokemon anymore... >.<

...yeah, I can understand that. Is it because she's at that age? Or because she's hit the stage where she wants to copy everything you do because she looks up to you/thinks you're cool?

'Cuz my brothers, the two older-younger ones, at one point, decided to try their hands at writing, despite being more math/science minded...and they did it because they were copying me.

I almost quit, just because they tried to get me to edit their stuff and it near about made my eyes run away screaming. And, as horrible as this makes me sound, that's being generous x_X;

(On the other hand, they were like...11 and 8 at the time, sooo...)

She's copying me... and copying the people at her school. She's eight so everyone is obsessing about pokemon. She's like a girly version of me... if that made ANY sense XD Although, she has asked me about the RP's I go on if she can join... which I'm like: 'No, someone would kill me >.<'

And the 5th generation of pokemon is... interesting... having a floating carcofogas, a chandelier... a flaming pig that I want to name Bacon XD

XD Why thank you :3 I suppose I'm a good role model.. when not being mocked or sending snide remarks to my mother and aunt (do not get along with them >.<). Luckily, she's usually already focused on her game or in another room when those go about

You don't run around drinking, smoking or showing a ridiculous amount of skin. You also haven't killed/maimed/done something illegal in general or to someone else.

In my book, that makes you a good role model, especially considering the kinda stuff she's probably exposed to in school and on tv.

Yeah, well...some people are just impossible to get on with. Or personalities just don't mesh. There's not much as can be done about that.

I have family members that I'd rather have body parts removed than deal with. And you said she's normally not around for them, so it's a semi-moot point anyway :3
