1x1 Rps(Again)

So I am wondering since there is only currently one active one-on-one rp and it doesn't seem like spam to me, that maybe would could earn sliver like the rest of the forums not consider to be spam, because that's the only place I post and battling is getting annoying.

I think it should be on silver now and really just have it changed to copper if that forum becomes a problem. :3

I am just letting you know that this point was discussed before ( as you know ) and it was very thoroughly discussed at that. i understand that you dont agree with this choice and that is fine you are entitled to your views and opinions and I am glad that users bring up issues and suggestions.

However I am not sure if the staff is gonna wanna talk about it again. Please do not take any offense if you are given the same reasoning as last time.

further more if they do decide to change it it will most likely take an extended amount of time. I know for a fact that our Admin are working very hard on a plethora of things and that would most likely take a bit of time to get too.

Even thought you stated a disclaimer is still upset with the tone that seemed to be taken it was asked awhile ago, and I wanted to ask, since they seem to add nicer items with a higher price tag and I feel at a disadvantage because I would rather rp with one person then a group and since I don't post in other threads I wanted a chance to earn gold without killing my funds with battling, so I figured the time between the first one and this one had been awhile, so I thought I would ask. Sorry if that's not allowed, but I thought feedback was allowed and frankly I'd rather not be on a site, where I am at a disadvantage for one on one rping, and some my say it not a disadvantage but it is when you feel unwanted in the sliver earning threads.

I was trying to be nice. If you think that I am being rude then there really is nothing that I can do about that.

I was simply explaining why the staff might not wanna talk about it. That is simply because it has already been discussed. Personally I can not do anything about it. To help you or to hinder you.

Part of what I said was also that I am happy that you as a user are giving your feedback. If not for users like you it would be a lot harder for the staff to make this place enjoyable for everyone.

Once again I was only trying to explain why this topic might not wanna be discussed.

It doesn't matter how it came off as long as you follow the rules.

Ok, well it was asked about in oct, and I'm just thinking that that haven't been abused or spammed and so I thought, I would ask, if they don't wanna talk about it, they could at least say their potion remains the same.
Though as a user, I am giving feedback, and will still do even if you are the only person apart of the staff who stops to listen.

We'll see. I'll talk to Cat about it, but if at most...I'll prolly have to move the max. silver earned cap down in general since 1x1 roleplaying is like talking to a person in story/dialogue format in pms. >w>

Honestly I don't have an opinion on this, considering I don't roleplay. HOWEVER I think that my being apathetic will help both sides.

Look at the largest 1x1 roleplay in there. That is a COLLABORATIVE story. A well-written one at that. Why shouldn't users be awarded for their creativity when users (such as myself) are awarded for talking about pure nonesense half of the time? Some users chat, some users draw, some users battle, and some users write. From what I see the 1x1 roleplay forum is a lot more productive than you may think. People such as Rei really are at a disadvantage here and this site is meant to be a nice place for all types of people.

Despite this, I understand that this forum could be easily filled with spam. It hasn't yet though and that's a good thing. The best deal would be to just give the users silver for posting in there because they shouldn't be punished for something that other people may do in the future.

Of course, this isn't my call... But it only seems right.

I dunno..it's just if it's a silver earning forum, then in the future I know it'll be more highly populated and have a higher chance of people "spam roleplaying" in there.

And if you ask, "Why not just change it back to copper then?" the reason is that I know it'll leak out that the forum once gave out silver, and people will start complaining again...probably especially those "spam roleplayers".

I wish maximum silver earned could be lowered in a forum cause it'd be easier to change for the specific forum, but unfortunately it can't. D: So it'll prolly stay at copper. Sorry. T_T


Perhaps you could post in the hangout forum? Or announcements? Or welcome newbies? Each of those would give you some silver each time, and I'd be happy to chat with you in my hangout! ^w^ Plus I have page post prizes that give out silver! [;

But see, I really like rping, and tend to do that, and I do see spam rules, but I don't see many of them anymore and as long as there not breaking the rules I don't see the problem. I don't branch out in other threads because when I did, I get ignored most of the time, yes you and cat and few others will talk to be but this I just seem to get ignored in posting, in 1x1 rps I don't get ignored. Heck, hardly anyone went to my quest, that shoves a person to lurker city fast. Just keep it copper, since your worried about spam rps, and I'll just try to get some sliver from the battle and maybe I might make a profit, I'd rather not force an issue, well this is the last time this is brought up. Sorry for the trouble.

Ari, I could personally put this forum under extreme watch for spam posts. You could tighten the rules in there. I'd be happy to help those users out and if that means watching a forum more closely, then so be it. I don't do much of anything else anyway.

Guys it's no biggie, I guess it just makes sense for it to stay as copper. It's just how things how to be, the mods shouldn't be force to but one forum on supper watch because I one user wants to earn some sliver.
