| Hi, Tyler! It's nice to meet you.~ Random fact: the guy I have a thing for at work is named Tyler. xD; I'm Sly...that's not my real name...but it's what I go by most frequently online.
A Wiccan, eh? Very interesting. I don't profess to any faith myself, but it's interesting to hear about different ones than I grew up knowing about.
Reading, writing, and drawing are among my all-time favorite hobbies...although homicidal pursuit is a close second. Haha....I kid. I tend to be sarcastic and random and goofy all at once. 
My favorite colors are purple and black...could you tell?
Where are you from (as in general, nothing specific) if you don't mind my asking?

We have a lot of the same hobbies lol (though while I enjoy drawing, that doesn't mean I'm any good at it xD), my favourite colour is green though.. With blue a close second.
Though I've always preferred silver to gold o\
And yeah, as Sly said, there's a lot of good people here, so ask questions, and unlike certain sites I've been on, people will actually answer you without being rude...

| Ah, I'm sorry cool! >.>; Go America. Or something. Yeah, the thing about the colors was a rhetorical question; no worries. xD;
As for gold; gold can only be gotten through donations to the site or if you find another member selling for items and/or silver on here, you can purchase it that way. Gold is only used to purchase relics though. Most things on here can be bought with silver. The quickest way to get silver is through chatting, quite honestly...also, you may want to check out the battle system. Although, since you're new it may take you awhile to ern silver this way.
Might I suggest that you check out the FAQS for any other questions about currency that I was too vague about? Also, check out the stickied topics, as there's some good information around. Aaaaand there's a newcomer's help thread somewhere around here too. If you need to pointed in a specific direction, or have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

| xD It'll get easier to get it after a while..
The battle system is good for it as well, as Sly said, thankfully you chose fighter which will make it easier
(I started off as a mage, and it failed so much, sucks 'cos I normally always use mages...)
Volleyballs make it easier to win fights, and they're in the weaponsmith...
Ooooor you can just post lots~ The RPers have it easy with their long, silver earning posts o-o
