Hello! I'm not quite sure how I found this site, but I thought I would check it out. It looks very interesting so far! I'm not too fond of my avi's hair, but I like the art very much otherwise.

Welcome to you, too, then! I'm doing good so far..I made a character and successfully defeated a monster! I looked at some of the hairstyles that are buyable, but it'll be awhile before I can afford them. It's all good--my hair is ugly in real life right now, too (I'm growing it out from a pixie cut), so I match my avatar.

Ah, I know how you feel with the hair.
I had a boy-short cut last year around April, and there are quite a few awkward stages while growing it out. It's only down to my chin right now, and still kind of ugly, haha.
I'm working it toward a kind of slanted bob though, so that should be fun. ^^

I'm working towards a slanted bob, too! It's been almost five months since I cut my hair, though, and it's barely almost chin-length.

I'm fleeing from a lot of battles, now. I don't have the money for armor or anything, so I guess I should post more for now!

I probably just had it cut a little shorter than yours though.

Ah, I've battled about 4 times now and won every time, but I'm sure it'll start to get harder soon.
All I have is a volleyball for now.
It's nice that you get silver when you win though ^^

Wowee, the volleyball is much better! I was using some newbie item that broke pretty quickly. I'm raking in silver now.

If you scroll past all the adoption posts (i filled out a form, tehe), there are a lot of helpful links.
A few guides, and one of them about weapons mentioned the volleyball.
It also says that when you run out of uses for the volleyball, it's just cheaper to buy a new one instead of repairing it. -nodnod-

Oh, and if you get a bag of silver after winning a battle (sometimes the monsters drop things), you open it by going to your invo and clicking on the bag and clicking "use".
I just got one a few minutes ago.

Haha I understand that! I'm usually that way too, but I told myself this time that I should wait and read at least a little bit. xD
I'll be glad to let you know little things I learn as I go along. You may already know them, but it doesn't hurt to say them anyway. ^^

I assume you know how to heal yourself if you're battling so much, but just in case... go to the Town Place, then the Temple, and you can heal yourself there.
Or you can buy a healing potion, but I haven't done that. It's only one silver per healing point in the temple. ^^
And when and if you die (probably won't be for awhile), that's also where you get ressurrected.

I found the temple while I was wildly clicking around the site. I've slowed down the pace and I'm trying to read more. I'm glad this site has a healing system like this...it's much better than buying tons and tons of potions. I might buy a potion to use in battle, though.

If you want to see what items we have, I'd suggest using the MAD, our dream avatar maker. It's just easier than checking all the shops and all, plus it allows you to see what items looks like on an avatar, which is always a good thing.

Hm, what else... Oh, yeah, if you have any question left, just ask! Midorea is a small community, but we are always glad to see new faces and help them. ^^

Thank you, Maeve! I played with MAD a lot last night, before I realized that all of the items I was equipping were special event items and ARs I'd hafta save up to buy. :p
