| How many people celebrate Lent and what did you decide to give up or do extra?
I personally decided on a very personal and difficult one. I decided to give up a bad, daily habit of mine, which I'll keep private, but you can probably guess it, and I actually slipped right off the bat, but I remembered my priest saying that if I mess up, I should forgive myself and try even harder, not give up. And so far I've done pretty well, even though the temptation is extremely... tempting.

| I am not into a lot of religious stuff. I believe in a higher power but I do not follow organized religion so no I do not follow lent. Though I did one year and such. I gave up chocolate. I will never ever do that again ever in my life. (Cuddles her chocolate)

| Chocolate wouldn't be too hard for me to do since I don't get it very much.

| Goddammit, no pun intended. Now I want pancakes, and I shall make them in about 5 minutes.

| I don't give up anything for the same apathy that I don't do new year's resolutions.
But one of my pastors would always tell about his father who every year would give up skiing (never skied a day of his life), and how that defeats the purpose, and if you're going to give up something for God, make it something worthwhile. He was also of the opinion that it was necessary to reserve it only for lent.

| I keep faltering on my giving up. And I always do something that is worthwhile. In middle school I gave up candy, and one time I read the Psalms every day.
