That movie...

I just finished watching Departures and well hunting for the tissue box, I was wondering is there a movie that makes you cry with out fail every time you watch it?


Oddly Departures is one that gets me every time. It is a Japanese film that I had watched this past year for my uni's foreign film festival and I highly recommend if you haven't see it before. It is on netflix for those of you whom care....

yea, i know. one of the happiest films ever, right?
it would be, if it werent for the fact the flashback of her feeding the stray kitten and talking to it reminds me so much of when i took in a stray cat as a child and it got taken away by the owner that let it wander the streets and nearly starve....
