Ok, so I pretty much used up my uses for my newbie sword.

I tried to fix in by using forge, but it only gives me like a few more uses.

I could go buy a better tool/repair hammer and that might dramatically increase my potential uses....?

I mean like a newbie sword cost 25 coppers to buy and a repair hammer cost 30 coppers and only gives the sword 2-3 uses back. So I'm saying it's not worth fixing the sword at this rate.

So does it pay off to just discard the newbie sword after I use up all the uses and buy a new one?

Or am I missing something?

I'd suggest not using the newbie sword. The volleyball from the weaponsmith costs the same things (well, 5 silver, but it's what you,d get from exchanging 25 copper anyway), but it has more duration and an overall better quality. Since it's so cheap, when your first one is used, you should just buy another one, and delete them from time to time so you don't have a million of used volleyballs in your inventory... unless you'd like that, of course. Wink

When you've done a bunch of fighting and got more silver, i,d suggest buying a tenro from the weaponsmith, or an equivalent weapon from one of the events. Those are worth repairing when they are used, since they cost so much. I'd suggest using a super repair hammer to forge them, since it misses less often and still recharge quickly (of course, depending of your forging skill too).

Hope it helps ^^
