Ice Dragon city?

What is that all about! when I go to explore I try to go there but I can't cause I don't have the test? help? is this an upcoming advent?

I'm not sure why it was displaying "Ice Dragon Outskirts" instead of GGC outskirts, but it's been fixed. :3

I was wondering the same thing.

So it changed from Dragon whatever to this new CG thing so now I can see like the sun and plains...and it's a nice view and all...but for now that's it and it might turn into an event later?

The outskirts were used in the Summer event, if my memory is right.
And for now, yes, it's pretty much all there is to see.

During some events, you can meet NPCs in different zones, and do quests for them in order to get event items (a bit hard to explain when there is no event though).
There were also quests non-related to events in the past, that allowed you to get dragon wings for your avatar, but those only lasted for a limited time.
So yeah,. chances are the zones will be used again in the future, but for now, "exploring" them isn't really useful.
