| Ever had a time in life where you were trying to perform a task and it ticked you off to the point where you...RAGE QUIT!! Or how about when you were just sitting down and playing a video game...then you come to that one part of the game that is so frustrating, you just have to...RAGE QUIT!! Well this is the thread that is dedicated to spilling your rage quitting moments! All Rage Quits, all the time! Now here's your host, LEINGOOOOOOD!!!
Hello, Hello! I am Leingod, the guy who brought you the thread where you can spill your rants on people that tick you off! (Which I will in a few minutes) This time, I am giving you all a thread that is dedicated to all your rage quitting moments! From projects that left a thorn in your spine, to moments in video games where you cannot help but RAGE QUIT!! So got something to share in your rage quitting moments? Well feel free to drop by and let all of the Midoreans know! Now without further delay...let the raaaaaaaaaaaaage quitting begin!
Our first Rage Quit moment will be from yours truly. My rage quitting moment was from one of the "Legend of Zelda" series. Now, I know what your thinking...the moment I said Zelda, I bet you all thought "Water Temple." I understand if you did, I don't blame you. Mentioning that very dungeon will always make any zelda fan cringe...well, except me...because I went through that dungeon like it was a walk in a park. The rage quit moment in Zelda was from Majora's Mask...in that blasted Snow Peak Temple. In that dungeon, I knew where the boss room was, and how to get to it...the problem was that this large column in the middle of the dungeon was being such a friggen cock block!!! I'm not kidding! I raise the thing, and it cuts me off entirely! I lower it, and I have absolutely no way of closing the gap...it even got to a point where I've beaten all the other dungeons EXCEPT for this one...which is sad. So after a good few weeks of trying to figure this crap out, I rage quieted and didn't touch that game for a very long time...until I bought a strategy guide. It turns out that....all I had to do was turn into a Goron and punch the blue ice blocks of that column...did I give myself the idiot title? Yes. Did I slap myself in the face? Yes. Did I had a good laugh and proceed to play after that? Well..after yelling things like: "WTF?!?!?! That's all I had to friggen do?!?! I don't believe this BS!!!!" several times, yes I did.
And that is one of my rage quit moments. Looking forward to seeing yours!!

| I think that we have all had a moment like that at some point in our lives. It sucks, but there it is.
I use to play World of Warcraft, but I quit that game in anger with the fact that there are a lot of glitches and issues that Blizzard has never bothered to correct. On top of that, I'm a role player. Blizzard doesn't care about their role players, end of story.
I played Aion for a time. I quit that game as well. The reason? Because I like to level alone, but to have people that I can chat with. Every so often I like to grab a few people up and do some quests together, but I don't like to feel like that is the only way I can do things. I like to pvp, but I don't like to be forced into. Aion is a heavy PVP game. It's beautiful and I have made some good friends there. The game itself, though, does not work for me.
So that's two of my major rage quits there.

| I can relate to the Aion story there. The game I played wasn't exactly PVP heavy, but it required A LOT of partying....I too love to level alone, since I don't like dealing with all the work of having to recruit peeps and all that jazz. So I totally feel what your getting at with that. If your wondering what the game was, it's Maple Story...it was fun until I realized that partying is a super must..and for me, that's a no.

Well, I'm glad that I'm not the only one that feels that way. Let me tell you about a game that I've been playing lately. It's called Everquest 2. Yes, I know. I'm sure you have heard of it. They care about their role players, it's easy to get into, it doesn't require partying everywhere. That being said there are areas where you do need at least one other person with you. If you can't find someone though, then there are other places that you can go to level by yourself.
Oh, and the best part? There is a guide program. Once you have at least a level 10 character ((I think)) you can try out for the guide program. What is that? It's a program that let's you run interactive quests for the players of a server that you do not play on. Once you are a full guide, though, the game is TOTALLY FREE. I'm working on that now myself. I'm still an apprentice, but it's a lot of fun. the quests can be hilariously awesome.
If you consider joining the game then I'm on Antonia Bayle ((server name)) It's like...the largest server in the game I think.

| My boyfriend is terrible.
A few months ago, Sam looked at me with a grin and said something along the lines of, "I just realized something!" I asked him what and he replied, "My brother totally rage-quit life." Why did he say this? His brother (ex-stepdad's son) committed suicide three years ago.
I wanted to slap him. Asshole.
Kind of off topic, but I have to chuckle when I look back on it. He's such a troll.

| chu; wow... thats quite a one-liner over a suicide! but having said that, suicide doesnt always have to be monumentaly depressing. my friend told me he had been at a funeral all day not long ago, i said "oh, that sucks... whose was it?" he said his grandads. i asked how he died. "suicide". but he explained the reason why he had killed himself, and the only thing i could do was laugh and say "fair play to him" and my friend agreed. XD
leingod; this is an awesome idea for a thread. i rage-quit many things. expect me to be back when my brain isnt half-dead... XD

| Anytime :3 I'm glad I can make a thread where one can share the raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaage!! And now, for another Rage Quitting moment...
So me and a group of friends are sitting there playing Uno. The rules we had going on was chains, (Where if one person plays a draw 2, you can chain with another or a draw 4) and I was on a major roll. All I had to do was play my last card and I would have got out...well unfortunately, someone before me tried to keep me in by playing a draw 2, I played mine, two others played a draw 4, so that's 10 so far, then another played another draw 2, totaling to a 12...then the last person played a flippin draw ???, which means I had to pick up an X amount of cards, depending on how many people are playing..six of us were..so I had to draw 18. That's when I yelled "Rage Quit!" Then whipped out the PSP and played with style~

| I rage quitted my German homework last night. I had been working on it for the past hour, and was getting fed up. Especially because I didn't remember learning half the stuff that I was doing and it was starting to frustrate me. So I said "F*** it!" and signed off the website that all my homework was on.
I then learned that the stuff I was having trouble on was due NEXT WEEK and we started those lessons in class today.
I then felt a little silly...

| I keep rage-quitting Robot Unicorn Attack.
I know, I know, it's the gayest shit ever... But... It is kind of addictive, I gotta admit...

| Oh. I have a bad temper so I rage quit a lot. Usually after only a minute or two. XP
Like yesterday, I was doing the dishes and I was getting the stuff off the stove and he said something about me making too much noise, so I rage quit for a while.
Since I have a twin brother, I often rage quit and move it off to him, and he to me.
I rage quit FFX. First was against that sin with the overdrive that completely obliterates you in about 5 turns. I rage quitted, went back about 2 weeks later, of no playing, and whooped it up. Fail.
I was near the and but didn't have the Anima and Magnus Sisters and when I found out that I had just missed a sphere or something in Baghdad, or whatever it was, I rage quitted.
I order a lot of books online.
Packing tape: My rage quit.
@Keyla - I rage quitted my Chinese homework. It took me an hour to do one page and there was this one character that got on my nerves because I couldn't remember what it meant. Part of the word for "evening" and I would never notice the second part so RAGE QUIT after 3 hours.
Went back and finished the two last problems in the morning. XOP

| Many people say I rage quit my marriage but I have a valid reason for that. When A man takes a plea bargain on something he shouldn't have an breaks all your trust in him then yeah you kindave get angry and don't want to talk to them again especially when you have a kid you want to protect.
Back on topic though. I just rage quite Zelda Orcarina of time for the fourth time today because I can;t find the last big poe.

| I used to play DnD. Real, table top DnD. And then...
Third Edition came out.
For those who don't know, Third Ed is a powergamer's paradise and the role play aspect disappears. You don't need fans because the flipping of handbook pages will keep the room a chilly 40 degrees in the summer. It takes an hour to do one round of combat with five players. It takes years to do a single, simple campaign.
After a four hour session, consisting of one battle where I only had three combat turns, I rage-quit. Screw Third Ed. Screw DnD, because Fourth Ed isn't as bad but it's still pretty crappy.
LONG LIVE SECOND EDITION! (Too bad I can't find anyone who runs it ;_; )
