[Tempest Maximum Aleta]

We've already discussed this through messages, so not much for me to put. XD You know my characters, so..... :\

Well, I'll begin:
I walked through the alleyways, sliently. I was looking for something, but was unsure of what. True, I had no evidence to go on that my friend had been murdered, but something had to be wrong; she would have told me where she was going or what she was doing otherwise.
Worry pricked in my stomach. Please be alright! I thought.
She'll be fine, Zahi thought to me. I ignored him and shuffled out onto the busy street known as the Las Vegas Strip. I looked up and down the strip, exhaling loudly. I gazed up into the sky and saw Zahi making circles as he watched me.

Zodiac (Zin):

Phynix (Ixy):
a female pyro-dragon


Ixy... find Tempest... I sent my thought to Phynix, one of my two faithful dragons, cringing in pain from my many wounds. Jade, I can't leave you. I won't leave you. I tried to roll over to shove Ixy away, but about fainted in pain. Acute pain filled my whole body, coming from my many bloody cuts, bruises, and scraps. I should probally explain about how I got in this situation. I was being stalked by Lucifer, a goth vampire-ish boy around my age with a messed up mind. He was wanted by the Las Vegas police for brutally murdering many people, most of which I had gone to school with. He had chosen me to be his next victim, but I had managed to stay alive. Phynix, just go. I can protect Jade just fine. Zodiac, my other dragon, broke the deadly silence. [/i]

[Tempest Maximum Aleta]

(I is me! 8D I is Tempest. Well that doesn't help... I is mah sona!!! )
I walked into a casino to look for a payphone. Maybe I could call Jade's cell?
"Ma'am! I need to see and I.D." came a gruff, comanding voice of a secruity gaurd.
"Yes, sir," I murmurmed, flasing him my fake I.D. as I dialed Jade's number only to get a busy tone. I slamed the phone back in place and stormed off.
Finding some stairs, I ran up, eventually coming to the roof where Zahi had landed.
I can hear her dragon! he called to me.
Why didn't you say so earlier?! I mentally screamed, hopping on his back.

I wish I had my cell phone... I thought to only myself. Ixy, did you hear it? Zin asked the pyro-dragon. Yes. Its Zahi! Ixy practically screamed with glee.

[Tempest Maximum Aleta]

We were nearing where Zahi'd seen Ixy. I searched with my mind for Jade. Jade, I screamed to her mind as I searched. JADE! My eyes searched frantically for my best friend.

Tempest! I hear Tempest! I screamed at Zin and Ixy. Zahi! Zahi! Ixy shouted, hopping around. Zahi! Tempest! Hurry! Zin yelled into the brightly colored Vegas skyline.

[Tempest Maximum Aleta]

"JADE!" I screamed aloud when I finally saw her behind a dumpster in an alley. "Jade," I murmered more softly, seeing her injuries clearly with my raptor-like vision. Zahi and I descended down next to her. I placed the back of my hand against her forehead. "You have a fever on top of all this!" I growled. I wasn't sure what to do.
"We have to get you to the hospital!" I whiped my head around to Zahi. "Carry her to the hospital, but be careful!" I ordered. "I'll fly there myself."
I ripped off my coat and unfolded my wings. "It'll be alright, Jade."

I yelled aloud in pain when Tempest, Ixy, and Zin helped put me on Zahi's back. "Tha... thank you... Tempest..." I could now barely feel anything on me. I blacked out shortly after Zahi took off towards the hospital, blood still slowly flowing out of my wounds...

[Tempest Maximum Aleta]

I took a quick running start and leapt into the air after the dragons. The force of my wings beating the air stirred up a whirlwind of trash below me. The sun was setting and the dark provided the perfect cover for my wings. Humans had accepted dragons, but winged humans were unthinkable. I snorted at that then. Why? I would personally think winged humans would be more believeable, but whatever.
I sighed as we landed outside of the hospital. I slipped my jacket back on to cover my wings and carried Jade inside the ER. I didn't need to say anything. The doctors saw us immediatly and took Jade to a room to care for her. I was left to sit in the waiting room. I'd never lliked hospitals at all. They made me fidgety. This was torture.

Phynix and Zodiac waited with Zahi outside on the hospital roof. Jade... Phynix bowed her mammoth, flaming head. You, my friend, are over protective. You have to learn to let go.

I began twitching after an hour. Pacing, I rubbed my hands up and down my arms, nervously. I'd had many bad experiences with doctors and I hated them with a passion. I growled under my breath each time one looked at me.
"Ma'am, please sit down," one who'd come up behind me said.
I whirled around and almost punched him. It took all my willpower not to.
"Don't order me around," I growled menancingly (sp?).
He put his hands up defensively and walked away. "Whatever," he called over his shoulder.
I returned paceing and glanced at the clock every once in a while.
When would Jade EVER get out of here. I needed to leave before I had a mental breakdown.

Bright light. Big white room. I was in a bed. And I was panicking. Tempest?!? Ixy?!? Zahi?!? Zin! Somebody!... I sobbed into my hands, but quickly stopped from the pain. I saw all the bandges (sp?) and paniced even more. Tempest! Zin! Zahi! Ixy!

[Tempest Maximum Aleta]

HUSH! I screamed the thought at her. Calm yourself! I have no paitence for all that. I'm freaking out enough without listening to that!
I stopped as I talked to her through my mind and placed one hand on a germy white wall. I groaned. I had a horrible headache that wouldn't go away.

How do you expect me to calm down after I was almost murdered! Do you honestly know how confused and hurt I am?!? If you want me to calm down, come in here and do it for me! I hurt everywhere. My arms, my legs, my head, my chest. Everywhere hurt. I hurt so much I was throbbing.

I snarled. Fine! I can do it from here!
I took control of her mind and forced calm thoughts in. I told her brain to losen her muscles and dulled the pain. I pulled out.
Better? I growled.
