| My meals tend to be very sporadic, but can be explained in one of two ways:
1. Frequent, many times a day, small
2. Two a day, large
Depending on my mood. I'm a late-night snacker - I can't lie. I always get the strangest cravings near one or two am and force myself to stay up later since I hate falling asleep on a full stomach. (Yep, that's most of the reason why my sleeping schedule is so off.) My snacks always end up turning into full meals too, especially if someone is up with me.
How often do you eat, and are you as terrible with "snacks" as I am? D:

| i've got issues with food. im incredibely fussy, allergic to far too many foods, and for me eating is more of a chore than a pleasure. i will get cravings for very specific things, and if i cant get that specific food i can sometimes get very distressed... mainly because i cant bring myself to eat something that i dont desire, and i know its unhealthy to just eat nothing.
yea... im... a little messed up .__.

| I spend most of the day snacking, actually, to the point where I wish I could make whole meals out of my snacks. Because of constant snacking, I'm full when dinner comes around.

O: I have tons of food allergies too! Food coloring, pickles, cheese, the works. My doctor gave us four pages of shit when I was little.
I still eat them though. Especially pickles. *drools*
@Keylaleigh: My family doesn't usually eat dinner together, but I snack in such small portions that it doesn't really matter anyway.

| I'm lactose intolerant and get sick if I eat too much gelatine.
Starch in genereal makes me kind of sick, and I have bloodsugar issues.
If I go too long withut food, I get totally weird in the head. No focus, dizzy, clumsy, forgeful. If I go for way too long, I start to shake, my skin goes pale and cold, and I get horrible mood swings.
So when I'm at work, (I work at a kiosk/store) I hardly ever go two hours without eating something because I'm so scared of getting too low bloodsugar while at work (which is why I'm a fatty fat fattiefat (lol jjk not really, but I'm 20 kg above the "recommended weight" of my height))
I'm also a little picky, and especially boiled/warm foods. If a sauce or something has ANY hint of bell pepper or warm banana in the flavor, I do not like it. For this reason, I do not touch indian food.
I also sometimes get to stressed out that I get very nauseous, and any smell can trigger an all-day nausea during those times. Food that stay too long in my mouth, which basically means everything that needs to be chewed, will feel like it's growing while my throat feels like it's shrinking, and I will end up gagging. So sometimes for as much as two weeks, I survive on crackers and smoothies (do you have any idea how hard is is to find drinkable nutrition WITHOUT lactose in it? life would be easier if I could have yoghurt)

| I usually eat a couple of small meals a day and allow myself only one or two low calorie and healthy snacks. Rarely I am VERY hungry and will eat more, but I don't tend to be as hungry as I probably should be with my activity level.

| @ecco: Wow, me too. o.0 Cucumbers and pickles alike. I should find that list now. XD
@Nova: I just looked up my recommended weight, and I'm kind of surprised at how underweight I am. o_o I know I've always been underweight, but not by 20+ pounds. Is that dangerous?
I'm only really picky with texture. I hate squishy/slimy foods or foods with irregular textures. (Starts out with one and ends with another, bumpy, etc.) It makes me sick to my stomach despite flavor.
And the thing about the smoothies sounds irritating as hell. I can't imagine most meals without some sort of lactose.
@Majiri: I'll be honest: I'm not much of a health nut. ^^; I don't drink sodas and stuff, but it's only because of personal taste rather than health. I'm from the South - fried chicken is really the norm. Though I hate the way grease makes my skin feel...

| I don't have any food allergies, but I have issues with food textures. If it doesn't feel right on my tongue, I can't eat it.
For example, I can't stand the texture of beans. Any kind of beans. The moment I taste a bean, I spit it out. Beans remind me of sandpaper, and I hate sandpaper.

| I don't mind beans, but I hate onions. x_X Mainly because my family forced me to eat the center of one when I was little.
@ecco: Yeah, I usually don't bring it up though because I don't like them in the first place. Pickles though, that just kills me. I always eat them despite it, but I can never have many. T^T
Oh, funny story about my cucumber allergy though. Y'know that face mask thing where you put them on your eyes? Yeah. Since I never liked them, I never tried them when I was little, so I didn't think anything of it. Bad idea.

| Another thing is that I don't like Wok'd vegetables.
Why? Because they pretend to be all soft and stuff, but they crunch on the inside! And not the good crunch, like crackers, but some sort of squacky, smooth and yet sickening crunch.
I can't stand the contrast! It's like puring salt into lemonade!
I also don't like things that are artificially apple-flavoured or "Turkish pepper"-flavoured.
I'm not as picky as I sound, I swear!
(Oh, and if I get goo or fluid that is artificially coloured red on my skin for too long, I get rashes for some reason. Also with tomatoes, but I can eat them without a problem. Which is good, because I love me some t'maters!)
