The man walked out of the small house with a new spring in his step. "Thank you, Takata!"

Takata Usui walked to the door and watached him leave. "Next time try to watch your step!" She chuckled, walking back inside the house. She sat down, exhausted. That was her sixth healing session in an row, and she was done for the day. She looked out at the setting sun. A beautiful ending to a beautiful day, she thought. Now all the young woman was looking forward to was a nice cup of tea and a good book before going to sleep for the night.

She ate a simple dinner of noodles and vegetables as she sipped her tea. The lamps were being lit outside by the wizard's continual flame spells. She didn't know exactly what she'd do without the magic of the wizards to aid everyday life. After reading a few chapters of her book, she curled up and went to bed.

-Sei panted heavily as he finished putting on the final silver clip on his left ear and grimaced. So much energy had been sealed, almost roaring to be free inside of him. He had to move quickly if he were to escape the realm. He looked to be in his teens, around seventeen to be exact. Taking care, the male quickly wrapped a katana to his left hip; the katana being at least five feet in length with one foot being dedicated to the hilt which was embroidered in a black and white tang. He bit his lower lip as he stood up, letting his long jet black hair fall over his crimson feral eyes as he twisted a black cloak around his being.-

"Over here! He's in this room!" called out a guard.

"Shit..." the male said, gritting his teeth as a trickle of blood poured from his lower lip.

-He had to get out, though as this thought passed through his mind the doors to his chamber opened with at least twenty demonic guards entering at once, spears raised and aimed to kill. Sei studied them as he turned to face the small army. He knew these were the kings guards, but they were beneath him, being that he was the kings right hand man. His bare feet hugged the marble floor as he stared at each of them, many of which he had trained.-

"Seitaro Nagase! You are hear by under arrest for the murder of our lord and master, Ashvik, King of Japan's Yokai realm!" a guard shouted out, his spear shaking in his grip.

-Cocking his head, he smirked, showing off his fangs in the process. The men stared at him awkwardly though, wondering if they may have entered the wrong chamber. He took this as his advantage and side stepped toward the window and jumped from the perch.-

"Stop him!" shouted the men, but he was already out and falling from a height of six stories.

-Wind came up and met him, fluttering his tattered black cloak and revealing his plain black t-shirt and black jeans. His landing was sudden and caught most of the soldiers off guard and took full advantage of this. Pushing off from the small crater he made, he lashed out and struck the guards, though some were more seasoned and shot out their swords at him. Some made contact along his neck and side with splashes of blood erupting from the fresh wounds. Sei sprinted and dodged many more that came at him from left and right.-

"Fuck...I have to make it!" The yokai though as the crimson sky of the demonic realm shone brightly against his being.

-With many of the soldiers still after him he needed to get away from them and this ment escaping into the human realm. After a few moment's he had reached his destination, a small outcropping on the far end of the castle. The area had a sphere that was covered by a marble wall; the warper.-

"There he is! Stop him!"

"Tch!" Sei remarked as he rushed at the relic.

-Spears flew out at him in different directions but missed. He finally made it and outstretched both his hands into the sphere and was instantly sucked into it. A vortex greeted him, swirling before his very eyes.

Moments later, in the human realm, the wind began to kick up and swirl with an unnatural energy. As it picked up, leaves were blown in almost every direction along with dirt. A crack seemed to form in the empty space which was followed by an increased depression. At this very moment, the male who had been residing in the yokai realm was coughed up from almost nothing and into the human realm. He was sent sprawling into the ground clutching at both his neck and side, attempting to stop the bleeding.-

"Shit...did I make it?" he said, looking up and noticing a dark sky but with what seemed to be lamps illuminating the area.

"It appears so. You made it." a voice spoke into his mind.

"Good...atleast now I can figure out what to do and where to take refuge..."

-Standing up, the male swayed slightly from the amount of blood he lost. He needed to do something about it and did something almost no one would do to themselves. His hand began to glow with heat and quickly spread it along his wound, shearing his pale flesh together with a burn mark quickly following. He grunted at the pain but smirked, being the masochist he was. After sealing his wounds, he took in his surroundings, wondering just where in the human world he was...-

"Man...this..just isn't my day.." A white fox spoke to himself while he wandered around in a forest not too far from the ruined city he once called home. It has been a good thirty minutes since he made that dreadful discovery. He was out on an errand while testing a new gadget that his best friend made for him, only to come back to a nightmare. Everything that was once his, was now taken away in a heart beat. His family, his friends, his only place for him to live. It was all gone. As he continued down his pathless direction, he saw corpse after corpse of elves who tried to resist the destruction that came to his home town. Grinding his teeth in anger, he made a vow to himself.

"I don't know who did this...or why it happened..but when I find out, I'm going to take them down...Drei..Mom...Dad...You will be avenged." The white fox spoke to himself as he continued to walk through the nature's work of art, tainted by the death of those who he grew up with, and the rubble of what he called his home. "I have no time for crying...I shall do that later. The first thing I need to do, is find a safe place to stay for a while.." The young fox's name was Korta. A were fox with a unique fur color that sets him differently from those within the same race as he is. He halted his walk when he heard the sounds of static near his location. Being as quiet as possible, he made his way towards the source of the sound, and hid himself behind the thick bushes to get a glimpse at who may be in his area. Maybe they are here to help him...maybe.

Four large machines clad in red armor and carrying large firearms were talking among themselves about the reason for being in such an area. They appear to be large robots that were made for intense combat. According to their conversation, they were in search of a fox that matches Korta's description completely. It was also revealed that these were the cause of his home's destruction. One of the troopers inside of the mech opened the cockpit to gain some fresh air, apparently missing how wonderful it feels, before hoping out.

"Hey, I know you miss mother nature and all, but don't you think it's a little dangerous to just...exit your machina without scanning the area first?" One of the trooper's comrades asked.

"Oh come on. What is the worst that can happen? All the forests are filled with animals that are ten times smaller than us. Besides, we murdered the only threat of this forest anyway." The trooper laughed. Little did he know, his laughter will soon turn into a cry of pain in a blink of an eye.

"Oh yeah? See how funny this is when your a head shorter you bastard!" A voice called out to him, and the trooper looked in the direction to figure out where the voice came from. All he saw was this disk made of light flying towards him at such speed. The trooper tried to jump out of the way, but it was too late. His head was chopped clean off his shoulders, as it dropped to the ground next to his corpse that fell on top of it a second later.

"Dammit!" The machinas immediately begins to fire their guns at the area in where the disk came from, shredding that thick bush to pieces. They scanned the area to find out that whatever they tried to shoot at, but it was nowhere to be found. "Where did it go? I told that idiot not to get out of his machina!"

"It's a shame these soldiers are idiots..." Korta smirked as he climb up the abandoned machina now that it's pilot is dead. "If I were them..I would be watching the machina and let the other two do the search.." When Korta climbed into the machina, he closed the cockpit and strapped himself in, looking around to see which button operated which. "Now lets see...which one of these buttons is the one for attacking?" Korta sat in the pilot seat and pondered for a minute. Then he saw something that was even better than attacking. He found a switch that reads: "Dimensional Warp. Use at your own risk."

"Heeeey! If this is what they used to get here, then maybe I can use it to my own advantage..and get back to their ship! Then I can show their boss not to EVER cross with me." Korta laughed and was about to activate the switch..but that was short lived when his plan was discovered.

"Hey wait a second! When did the cockpit to this machina close?!" One of the troopers asked, pointing his weapon at the abandoned machina.

"Get the hell out of that machina! Either you get out and we might spare you, or we will take it back by force and see that you're dead!" The other trooper ordered, and begins to count down towards Korta's failure. "20!...19!....18!...."

"Uh oh...gotta think of something...fast!" Korta did the first thing that came to mind, and activated the Dimensional Warp. All he heard was a voice that said: "Enter Coordinates."

"Coordinates? I don't care what coordinates! Warp me already!" Korta shouted, hitting random buttons in the machina that made it act weird...almost as if it was dancing. It placed it's hands on his hips, and started to shuffle it's feet along the ground.

"14!...13!....12!..." The trooper continued to count down.

"Enter Coordinates." The computerized voice asked again, while Korta continued to bang on the buttons. "Dammit! I don't know any! Just warp! Come on! Warp!"

"8!....7!....6!..." The trooper was nearing Korta's doom.

"Enter Coordinates." The computerized voice asked once more, and Korta was desperate at this point. "PLEASE! I'M BEGGING YOU! HAVE MERCY ON ME AND WARP!!" Korta slammed on the controls, causing a lot of static to come up. The alarm went off, and the computerized voice was yelling: "WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! Entering unknown coordinates! No chances of returning! Abandon the Machina!"

"Uh oh..." Korta started to search for the eject switch, and tried hitting everything in the machina. "How the hell do you operate this thing?! Why don't they just have a button named eject?!" The controls begins to shoot sparks of electricity, making Korta curl into a ball to protect himself. "Ahhhhhh!!"

"Alright! You had your warning! Looks like we...what the..." The trooper stopped talking when he noticed the machina was acting funny. Streams of electricity begins to surround the uncontrolable machine, and before he could react, it vanished into thin air...

The machina reappeared in a whole new dimension, making a very loud thundering sound. Once the smoke cleaned from the area, the machina stood still and it's cockpit opened, making it's hissing sound. Stactic shot from the machina several times, while the computerized voice spoke again. "Warp completed...thank you....and...be...saaaaaafeeee.." It's tone grew deeper until it fully died down. Korta finally got out of his curled up position, and felt himself to see if he was dreaming.

"I'm...alive...I'm alive! Whew, I thought I was a goner!" Korta cheered, before he hopped out of the machina. "Now where am I..." He walked away for a few seconds, and halted when he heard a loud crash. He turned back around to see the machina has fallen into pieces. "Well....there goes my way back..."

Adelphina wasnt sure what was going on, all she could feel was this falling sensation, it was going on for a few minutes. Her consciousness was going in an out, trying to spread her wings but all it did was cause them to be forcefully pushed upwards. She was unaware whether this was a dream or not, it felt like a dream, and she hoped to goodness it was a dream. Closing her eyes slowly she waited the impending doom that she couldnt help but think of. To ease her mind, the black-haired beauty attempted to remind herself of all her friends and to try to tell herself that all of this wasnt real and she would wake up soon.

It was hard to do so seeing as she was in extreme pain, like she was on fire, All she could see was white when she looked up, her hair flying up around her face, whipping her cheeks painfully.

"This is a horrible dream..." She thought to herself, wishing this would all just end. The heat surrounding her was beginning to feel unbearable and make her slip more into unconsciousness. Then she remembered something that she hadnt thought of before, how was she feeling this pain? As an angel, there was no pain nor sadness, and yet she felt these emotions like she had felt them for years. Adelphina thought that she must be dreaming, she didnt know these emotions. Everything was becoming so overwhelming to her, she didnt know what to think anymore.
The stress and the pain had made her want to cry.

Crying, another emotion she knew she wasnt familiar with, she knew about these emotions but had never been fortunate enough... or should she say unfortunate enough to feel them herself.

"If this is what emotions are like, I'm glad I dont have them." She wondered how she could think at a time like this, when she felt like her skin was about to burn off of her body, and her wings were going to burst into flames. She continued to try and think about her friends, but she started to realize that she couldnt remember all of them. Desperately searching for the names she once knew all too well. As she tried to open her eyes once more, she noticed her wings had started to change from their brilliant white, turning darker and darker with each passing second. She was so confused and she wish she could just wake up and know that she was safe and there was nothing to worry about.

"Please, please let me wake up from this." She continued to think, clenching her eyes shut from the searing hot pain surrounding her entire body.

Before she knew it, everything had stopped, completely stopped. There was just nothing but black and her own thoughts inside of her mind. The pain had disappeared and she wondered if she was about to wake up, the thought had made her feel slightly better, but she never remembered this in other dreams she had before she would wake up. She could hear something beating, weakly, but beating, wondering what it was she tried to search for the source of this noise, but to no avail. She tried to reach out and grasp what wasnt there.

So there she lay, well at least she thought she was laying. Her conscious slowly started to come back to her, as well as the pain. Thinking she might still be sleeping, but seeing a bright light through her eyelids. Her body felt warm all over as if she had been laying out in the sun. Beginning to cough uncontrollably from the pain in her back, her eyes slowly fluttered open and for a moment she thought she had gone blind, she couldnt see a single thing through her eyes. Slowly adjusting to the light, all she could see was sky, and all she could feel was this pain through her entire body. Wings laying limply to her sides, shifting slightly, more pain coursed through her body. Deciding against moving for now, she stayed where she was... wherever she was.

((Geesh, time to try and catch up with you three!))
Takata was having a hard time getting to sleep with all the crashing and shouting outside, and it was starting to really annoy her. She put on a robe and walked to her doorstep to find out what exactly was going on.

A lot of the other villagers had the same reaction that she did, and they were all out, gossiping excitedly and looking for the sources of the noise. Slowly, all the townspeople gravitated towards the town center, where the High Mage Council was assembling everybody.

"There are extraplanar intruders near our villaige!" The eldest of the Mage Council addressed the crowd. "We will take the most powerful spellcasters and warriors to go investigate the disturbances. Everybody else go back to their houses and wait until further news. We don't want to have any casualties."

As the crowds dispersed, Takata pushed forward towards the mage council. "Excuse me, sirs, but I would like to come too." She looked up at the three men who were gathering their forces.

The youngest of the council looked down at her and scoffed. "And how would you be useful, Miss Usui? You swore never to fight! You'd just be dead weight if the extraplanars decide to attack us!" He laughed.

"You obviously don't know Miss Usui, Sythian." The eldest one walked up to her and put a hand on her shoulder. "She is the most capable healer that I have ever seen, and she has a few powers of her own that none of our mages could ever wield." He smiled at her. "Of course you can come with us. Go home and get ready. We will wait for you."

"Thank you, sir." She ran home and got dressed. True to their word, the force was waiting for her and they all moved out towards the woods. Takata stayed towards the middle of the party, glancing at the shadows that the trees cast on the ground. She was on edge- waiting for any motions.

-Different scents filled his nostrils which made the yokai close his eyes momentarily. He could smell pine, oak, and many others mixing into his nose before reopening his eyes. He sighed, turning around to see if the dimension was sufficiently closed. Seeing as there wasn't any distortion any longer, the male gave a smirk which was quickly replaced with a frown. His king...dead and a mission for him to fulfill which was near impossible. Another sigh passed through his lips as he turned back around, noticing once more the different lamps littering the area.

"Just where have I descended?" Sei asked himself, "It's like I'm back during the yokai middle ages..."

-He took a step forward thru the grasslands fresh with dew. Blinking, he stopped and looked down, staring at his feet. What in the world was this? Quickly getting on his knees, he studied the green ground passionately. He didn't know what it was, but then again, Sei looked up to see the same green color covering trees. He had never seen sights such as this. Standing, the demon realized that there was some sort of wooden barricade a couple of meters ahead of him. Was it a town? Either way he needed supplies...-

"Hey now, are you seriously going to go into a 'Human' town?" The voice spoke into his mind once more.

"Shut up...If you were in my position, what would you do?"

"Well, I wouldn't go into a place infested with humans."

"Just shut up...I at least need to know where I landed."

-With that in mind, the male began to trudge toward the barricade, lamps illuminating his way. Gusts picked up, rustling against his being and catching him at times. He was worried that the other yokai's may have traced him back here, but it was utterly impossible. He knew that one must have the energy signal of the demon as they travel thru the gate in order to keep tabs on them, but since he was sealed, his energy signal had changed. Even if he was to revert back, they couldn't find him, but the thought sent shivers down his spine.-

Korta took a look around to check his surroundings. Other than the piles of damaged metal that laid lifeless on the ground behind him, it didn't take him long enough to figure out that he was in an area where nature created it's masterpiece. He was able to breathe in oxygen that was similar to the air back at his home, then he jumped a few times to see if the gravity levels were any different. Seeing as how he wasn't going any higher than two feet off the ground without the help of his were strength, he can see that the gravity levels are about the same. So he started to wonder to himself if he has warped into the same area of his home town.

"Hm..everything feels the same. The gravity pressure...the plants of nature's beauty...even the air I breathe is the same." The young fox like man ran a hand through his silky hair hair for a second, before gaining an idea on how he can tell the difference. "Wait! I know how to set it apart!" The young fox held out his hand, and closed his eyes for a minute. "If I concentrate long enough....I should be able to feel the mana in my area.."

Korta took a minute to feel the type of air around him. As time past on, he could feel the emotions of the nature around him. The wind that blue along his silky fur, the air that he inhaled and exhaled. The sound of all the creatures that lived within that area. The whispers of the forest that communicated with him. Eventually, he could feel a burst of energy building up within his body, and once he felt that energy, he opened his eyes and nodded to himself.

"So I'm not home after all...the mana here is different." The young fox smiled to himself.

His ears then twitched for a second when he heard the sounds of footsteps. Several of them. And they were approaching his very location. He looked back at the fallen mech, and sighed to himself.

"Duh...I made a crap ton of noise when I came here. It's time to juice!" The fox laughed to himself as he said another cheesy line of his favorite comics, and ran off from his current location, looking for a place to hide himself.

Adelphina was sure she was dead. She was numb, she had no feeling. All around her was nothing but black, then she remembered seeing the puffy white things flying across whatever she had seen earlier.

"Puffy white things...?" She thought to herself, confused by the memory. "I cant be dead..."

All the pain just rushed at her at once at that moment. The pain all over her body, where was she...? She tried to move but it made the pain worse. She somehow managed to open her eyes and again she saw those puffy white things again, she then realized what it was.

"The sky...?" She was so confused and her head was swarming with thoughts, she didnt know what to do. Not knowing what had happened but she knew this wasnt a place she was suppose to be. She attempted to sit-up. Struggling, the pain still shooting through her body, she managed to sit up. The raven-haired beauty's hair fell to the sides of her face and slightly into her eyes. Managing to reach her hand up, she brushed the hair out of her face, allowing her to look around. She seemed to be in some sort of crater, she was confused, where was she? She heard crumbling around her and looked around to notice little rocks that had stuck themselves to her skin, she imagined she had to be laying there for quite awhile, but why?

The she noticed something that she hadnt noticed before and her eyes nearly popped out of her head.

"Wings?! Whose are these?! Certainly not mine!" She reached behind her and tugged on one of the feathers and pulled it out, wincing. Yes, they were definitely hers. They were a dark shade of gray that seemed to get darker at the tips till they were black. Letting out a small sigh she somehow managed to make it stumble to her feet. Wobbling around, she nearly fell back down again, throwing her arms out to keep her balance she started to move forward and climbed her way out of the crater. Peering over the top of it, she saw a lot of things were black and dead, she wondered what kind of place this was if it mostly looked like death and decay.

As Takata's party got closer, they saw the scraps of a strange material scattered all over the path. Sythian picked up a piece and looked it over. "This is like nothing I have ever seen. Grand Magus! Do you recognise these materials?"

The eldest of the Mage council took the scrap out of Sythian's hand. "I cannot say that I do. I shall take some of these back to the villaige for study. All of you search the surrounding areas and report anything suspicious!"

The group nodded and started to comb the woods. "You should stay near us, Takata. We don't want you getting hurt." One of the warriors looked over at the healer.

Takata rolled her eyes. "I can take care of myself. No need to throw a punch when I can just make my enemies faint from exhaustion." She laughed. "I traveled on my own for years before coming to your little town."

The warrior nodded. "Very well then. Just be careful, okay?"

She nodded, and then headed into the woods. She didn't know why, but she felt that there was something in that direction. She wandered farther and farther from the party, following the trail of broken branches and stems that looked as if somebody had ran that path only moments ago. Then the trail stopped. Whatever extraplanar creature came to this world had to be nearby. If only she could tell exactly where.

-Sei's ears perked at a sudden voice. It wasn't that of the one he always spoke to, though it sounded...feminine? He blinked at this and turned from the wooden barrier ahead and toward where the voice had come from. He sighed at this, but then once more, his ear's perked at the sound of many footsteps through the ground. Guards? Could it be that the people of this realm had already caught wind of his passage into this world? He had to move.

Pushing off from where he stood, the male managed to steer clear from the barrier and into the woods. His feet sunk slightly into that of the ground, feeling the tender damp dirt in between his toes. This was more like it. It reminded him of stepping upon the entrails of his opponents. The feeling of home overwhelmed him at this point, but the male quickly pushed this from his train of though and concentrated on where the voice had come from.

Soon after, he reached a clearing in the forest and upon entering, his face was illuminated by the pale glow from the moon high in the sky. His eyes fixated onto the sphere, seeing it for the first time. What was it? What were the bright white glowing objects that resided around it? Many things in this world confused him, but he figured not to worry about them as of now. Finally looking down after what seemed to be a good long minute, he noticed an immense hole in the ground.-

"What the...?" Sei began until he spotted someone exiting the rim of the crater.

-Was she who he heard? Despite that fact, what was she doing in the crater? He couldn't distinguish many of her features since the darkness of the standing trees casted their shadows to hinder his vision slightly. A sigh passed his lips as he stared down into the crater once more and then at the being surveying the area, almost as if she didn't know where she was. She couldn't have created this crater. Humans were much to fragile to survive such an impact, and the size of this crater would never have happened due to a human.Pushing this thought out from his mind, the yokai decided that he needed to ask her just where was he.-

"Is this better for you?" Sei asked quietly, walking toward the being.

"I guess..." replied the voice into his head.

-Wind continued to kick up in his direction, almost as if it were saying to stay away from her, though he didn't think that at all. He merely wanted to find where he was, even if he hated humans which were god's creation. He looked like them, so he figured that-....
Sei stopped dead in his tracks, his vision upon her clearing up. Despite her beauty, he could see wings attached to her back. His expression went grim as he continued to stare at those black wings. Visons of a past entered his mind; the slaying of his family and his tribesmen because of men with wings. Wings shaded in a deep black which were those or Archangels.

She had to have been one of those types of angels. He couldn't think of any other being that hand such wings. Though what was she doing here? His eyes trailed back to the crater, now making sense of it. She must have descended to claim his life. Grunting quietly to himself, the yokai clenched his hand into a fist under his cloak and readied himself...-

Korta thought it would be best to remain as low to the ground as possible as he kept himself hidden behind a few thick bushes. He heard the footsteps becoming louder and more audible. Then he heard them stop for a minute. The sounds of metal being tampered with clearly told him where their current location is right now, and he was grateful that he moved. If he was standing there for about five more minutes, the locals here would have probably found him. He heard various oohs and ahhs from a distance, and a faint conversation among the locals who found the metal parts.

"I don't know the level of technology on this planet...but it would be safe to assume that its most likely lower than where I came from..if they are impressed by that model." Korta thought to himself, before his ears twitched again. He heard the sound of footsteps getting closer to his spot again. He got up from his spot and darted further into the forest, then hides himself in a ditch, laying low to the ground. The footsteps were still very audible, and he couldn't figure out how in the world were they able to keep up with his movements. He could feel their very presence, and knows they are near. The footsteps had stopped moving and unfortunately, the last step he heard was loud as ever.

"Alright...these guys arn't your average locals..I was hoping I could save this for later..but I'm left with no choice." Korta reached into his pocket and pulled out a metal container. He lobbed it into the air and all of a sudden, the container burst into heavy smoke. The smoke was harmless, but it's main purpose is to blind his pursuers while he made a break for it. "Ha, let's see them catch up this time.." Korta smirked and drew his aura sabers, cutting away at the plants and trees that were in his way.

As she was climbing out of the crater, she felt eyes on her and she immediately stopped moving. The wind continued to blow her hair and her wings, ruffling her feathers. Her scent was drawn towards the man she didnt know was standing there for the time being. She was thinking inside her head whether it was a good idea to look or not, or perhaps it would just be best to run. She grabbed onto what little grass was left on the side of the crater. Adelphia was scared and the thoughts still ran through her mind about what to do about this feeling she was having.

She decided it would be best to look, if it was nothing she didnt have anything to fear and she would continue to find out where she was. But what if something or worse, someone was there. Biting her lower lip painfully, she turned her head, the figure she should see out of the corner of her eye and she froze again. New thoughts began to run through her mind to if she should just run or not. Although she knew she was still weak from whatever happened to cause the crater. She took a deep breath and tried to calm herself down, maybe this person could help her, or maybe this person was the one that had caused her all this pain.

Turning her head the rest of the way, she gazed full on at the person standing there. Not being able to tell who he was, or what exact race he was, it seemed there was something different about him. Her blazing blue eyes locked onto his body, he was standing still and obviously watching her. Keeping her eyes on him, she continued to climb up the crater slowly, not making any sudden moves. Once she lifted her body up onto the solid flat ground, she struggled once more to get to her feet.

Her slightly glowing skin stood out more in the darkness of the night. Everything was quiet, too quiet. She continued to wonder what he wanted. Once she reached her feet, her hair and her tattered, now dirty, dress blew in the wind, making things seem peaceful and at ease. She heard this beating of something, it had picked up pace and she wondered what it was. It sounded like a loud drum in her ears and her chest pounded along with the beat. Adelphina felt fear, she hated it, hated this emotion and wished she knew what was going on. She didnt remember anything before waking up in this crater.

She turned her whole body towards him, her frame obviously on the smaller side, it looked as if she hadn't eaten in a very long time. Looking the mysterious man over quickly with her eyes, seeing the long sword that he had, made her fear even stronger.

"What do I do... If I try to run, he'll catch me and kill me. But if I stay he'll probably kill me anyways." The thought made her start to tremble slightly out of fear. Her wing tips brushed the ground, she really hadnt gotten much time to practice with these things upon her back yet. Seeing as how she had just awaken from whatever happened. Starting to take a few steps back from him, very slowly. Her innocent eyes still on him. Adelphina had started to twist her body slowly to turn away, trying not to make any sudden movements.

Takata's eyes watered as a cloud of smoke blossomed in front of her. She waved at it with her hand, trying to make it disperse. As the smoke faded, though, she saw even more destruction, and this time it looked as if it were caused by some sort of bladed weapon. So the extraplanar being was armed. Then again, that was almost expected in this case. The strange device it left behind seemed like a very vicious machine, one like from the Clockwork Planes of Mechanus. But a being hadn't come from Mechanus in a very long time. And the beings from Mechanus usually stayed on their own plane, only coming when some sort of cosmic law was broken. As far as Takata knew, no laws were broken.

The damage caused by the bladed weapon gave her a very clear path to pursue the being by. Hopefully this was a true path, and not something false set by the being. She considered calling for help, getting some warriors to back her up. "No. I can do this on my own." She muttered in self-assurance. She wanted to show the villaige that she could do more than heal. Healing was her primary service, yes, but her training made her capable of so much more than that.

As she continued down the path, she knew that he couldn't be too far. Maybe, just maybe, it would be able to communicate with a long-distance healing link. She wasn't sure if it would work, but it was worth a try. She sat down in the grass, making complex symbols with her hands until she felt the link complete. It was a shot in the dark, but she then sent out her message to whoever may have been listening.

"I do not wish to harm you. Please come out so I may see you clearly."

-Sei's eyes narrowed slightly when the woman turned to meet chis gaze. His crimson feral eyes burned with hate, remembering his past relations with her kind, though for some reason, he felt that something was off. She hadn't assumed any sort of battle position nor did she seem to have any sort of weaponry on her. He stared at her, noticing the glow emitting from from her skin under the bright ball in the sky.

He took a step forward, but at this moment he knew something was wrong. He could see something on her that he had never expected; fear. It was apparent over her entire stature, though this shouldn't have been the case. Archangels had no emotions of any sort and certainly never showed fear toward their adversaries. It was then his sensitive ears picked up a pounding sound. It sounded as if it were a heart fluctuating. His eyes widened slightly, though still hardened. It couldn't have been her's. It made absolutely no sense.

The seemingly teen yokai took another step forward, but then catching her scent in the air and grimaced. She most definitely was a holy being and for that, her presence caused him somewhat of an ailment, but he did his best not to show it. It was weird since he never felt this was when he was in the yokai realm, but it made sense. In the yokai realm he was always released and never under the influence of limiters. Maybe if he removed them...no, he couldn't.

Returning his thoughts to the angel ahead of him, and attempting not to grimace, Sei watched as she took a step backwards and caused her wing tips to glide along the ground. Another gust of wind picked up, ruffling his cloak and hair in the process. Sei didn't know why, but he unclenched his fist from earlier and rested it against his side. The demon continued to stare into her eyes, not finding any sort of instinct to kill. He sighed and shook his head slightly when she started to move yet again.-

"And may I ask where you are trying to flee to?" the yokai called out.

"SEI! A little discretion please? You don't want humans to come this way do you?" said the voice within his head.

"Shut up," the yokai whispered. "how far do you think we are from that wooden barrier? I doubt they can hear us, and even if they could...what can they do?"

"...Good point." the voice submitted at the inquisition.
