| The birds lazily glided on the thermals, high above the party. The avian shadows that passed them by looked similar to hawks more than vultures.
(This cat... is in my way.)

One of the birds suddenly plummeted like a stone. Its shriek echoed off the nearby hills as it leveled out ans soared over the treetops of the forest behind them.

| The roc glided over the trees, disappearing for a moment. It reappeared, climbing back into the sky. The deer it carried might have been huge to the party, but it was dwarfed by the enormous bird's talons.
