Dragon Quest cheat?

so, we're limited to getting 3 pairs of each dragon wings per account.

however, once i finished the quest i deleted my character and started a new one - i just clicked on explore and Alu is there again, giving his little speech about ghosts and healing potions. is this supposed to happen? cos im assuming not o.o

I'm 95% sure you can't do the dragon quests again, since Alu and Miu's quest are stored in the character table(which is deleted when you create a new character) while Uro's is stored in a different one(which doesn't get deleted). So even if you did complete their quest you still wouldn't be able to do Uro's.
But I'll have to test it to make sure...
