But then if you had, say, 5 used up toilet papers and 3 new ones then how would know which ones to delete and which ones not to?

Then they should disappear

Some weapons are equipable, so it wouldn't be fair if that were the case. ^^ Not to mention the fact that you can repair them most of the time.
