| It's not an easy feature to use the first time. I know I was really frustrated at first, but I looked at some at the little videos at the bottom of the page and realized a lot of people were focusing more on rough shapes, silhouettes and the like, and not on very detailed anatomic drawings. And some people are just too good >.<*
So I went with what I wanted to practice at the time, which was proportions and balance, and thus I ended up drawing a lot of elaborated stick figures (basically stick figures with circles and other simple shapes added for the important parts/muscular group). I mostly concentrated on getting each part a good size in proportion to the head, and not so much on every muscle, or even correct shape overall.
I guess there's no define way to use it though, it's more a matter of what you want to improve. The time limit forbids you from spending too much time on detail and forces you to think about the global shape instead, but after that you go with what you want. And I think you can always review the poses after and add more things, or just check and see where your mistakes are.

| I have three questions.
1. is it alright to enter in a previously drawn still life for the challenge.
2. (this is more of a clarification than question) but as I understand there is no price for the monthly challenges.
and 3. When entering in a piece for the contest, do we PM the link or just post the drawing in here?

| Awesome, thanks for the reply.
I might post an old picture for the challenge just to get feedback on it, but I think the majority of this week I'll be focusing on the contest portion of the drawing.
