I tried to fight a ghost, but it wasn't going well. lol

Well, your strength seems too low, and I don't know if you had a weapon, but I guess not since your item total is 0... Anyway, most of the tips I can give you are written in the Newcomers Help Center (linked in my signature), so you might want to check that.
