Items you get in battle like Bag of Silver, what can you do with it?

Go into your inventory, select the bag of silver item, and then click on the "use" tab to open the bag. It'll grant a random amount of silver. I'm not sure what the limits are, but I've gotten everything from 30s to 234s earlier today. Good luck! =]

The higher your level, the more silver you get. Right now I'm getting between 150 and 600.
