You're not being rude at all though! We've (staff members) discussed the tribes quite a bit and we're looking to make them as diverse and interesting for you all as we can.
In a nutshell, as far as the people of The Great Gated City (everyone on the site) are concerned, no one really knows much about the tribes. The tribes that we know the most about are small sub-tribes like the Ice, Water, Fire, Wind, and Earth Dragon tribes. I don't want to share too much, but the NPCs that aren't related to these tribes have quite and interesting background, and members will be led to the discovery of various tribes through them and other events.
