Shops?

I can't visit the shops, so I can't visit the Gift Shop either.
It just turns into a page that says;

Information.
Then a button which leads to the previous page, but when I click on that button, it leads me to a battle. =/

When you are in the middle of a battle, you cannot send items or purchase them from the shops. Complete your current battle and you'll be able to access the shops.
