| well, I don't do alot of activity so my don't get as dirty very often so yeah maybe 4-5 a week, its a bit personal though. I swim in my sports bras alot so they get reused without going to the laundry since the pool kills and cleans them. .gif)

| Well, usually just one a day. But like days I work out(usually every other day) I would change it afterward so it'd be 2 for that day. xD

| I change mine about once a day unless I was doing some strenuous activities. I only own about two so.. sometimes I need to change into a sports bra. Not the best for me though as I do not have the worlds smallest breasts. Hygene is important to me, especially since my mother was a health care aide, as well as a nurses aide. Cleanlieness has kind of seeped into my obsessive compulsive disorder. Ack, well.. I'll shut my trap now. ♥

| Depending on how active I am.
If I don't do any strenuous activity, then only once a day.
If I go and work out, then I change all my under clothes and such.

| Depends. It's winter so I'm not doing too much activity but I change bras everyday. I sorta rotate through the week and by the second time I wear the same one, I was it. So all of them are clean, all the time.

Mmm. I'm much the same way.
Since mostly I'm a house-mouse lately, I don't feel the need to change or anything; Unless circumstances demand it.
If I have literally NOT left my house all day, I don't change anything.
But if I've gone somewhere, and come back, I change my clothes.
If going somewhere involved sweating, or working out or something, I shower when I get home and change everything.
^_^ But bras are typically only changed when a shower is taken [which is every other day, or every two days, since my skin and hair kind of die if I take a shower every day. X_x].
