| Sorry, Adasam, but you've been overruled. =o
But yeah, it really does, doesn't it Gauche? ^^ It's a relatively good way to raise public awareness. x3

| Sigh....fine....joy denied... *sulks a bit* And yes, I never really did comment on what Heyy was telling us about with this thread >_>; It is a very good way to raise awareness, but I don't know of any such movement in my area D: I think we're all too 'What are you talking about, life is great' around here...

| I don't think that the march would affect this area much. It reached the "sexual violence awareness" climax a few years ago. No pun intended.

| Of course you didn't mean to word it that way. It was completely accidental, and not at all influenced by your words. xP

For sure. It's too bad if you're a female no matter how self actualized you may be you tend to avoid going out at night because of the increased risk of violence... it isn't even a matter of being weaker, but being targeted... me I never go out much anyway so it is never much of a concern, though.

| @ Femme ~ As someone who does go out at night on occasion to concerts and events and stuff. It's generally fine but getting groaped on the dance floor is not fun and i'm tall and generally look like i could beat the shit out of whoever pisses me off so i get it really lightly compared to many others.
The statistics that 1 in 3 women and 1 in 6 men under 18 have been raped.
That's just rediculous! And the ammount of awareness and support that's around is so limited.
@ Everyone else~ I honestly have no issues with this thread talking about various people's porn collections. I have a mighty one if anyone's interested.
What pisses me off though is that meg has naked women in her photobucket album and yet photobucket admin fucking deletes my shirtless men photos, even if they arn't naked because it's "inappropriate". Like flying fuck. Complete double standards. D: <

What the fuck?
Well I think it is a double standard that women aren't allowed to go topless in public, me I have about as much breasts as your average guy... don't see what makes mine so much more indecent...

| Personally i'm uncomfortable with anyone going topless in public. It weirds me out. But then i also think that shorts/skirts above mid thigh are indecent... >__>;;
I manage to both be really open minded and a total prude.
But yeah, i think it is a rediculous double standard that's just taken as a give in society.
I mean how many mostly naked or sexually posed women do we see in advertising every day. Dozens! How many men? Barely one.
